Hey Chelsea Manor, why does your gardener/yard guy only ever work on Saturday evenings from 6pm, EVERY SATURDAY EVENING THE LAWN MOWER IS GOING FOR A FEW HOURS EVEN IN THE PITCH BLACK DARK. Very annoying and intrusive for neighbors every Saturday evening. Why does this guy mow the lawns on Saturday evening in the dark?UPDATE. 7pm the guy is out in the dark with his leaf blower blowing the leaves around and pissing everyone off.
