I’ve always had a great experience coming here! This was my third time but good vibes every single time. Food and drinks are reasonable prices and staff very kind.

Maple Canadian Pub
Upon entering we were overwhelmed with the smell of chlorine, it was as if we were entering a public pool. Once we proceeded into the space it became apparent this was less of a pub and more of a dining restaurant disguised as a sort of retro pub. The tables were set nicely with candles, the bar was decent with great height and some nice pipe shelving. Our server approached the table, she was more like a breakfast server, no small talk, very little personality, almost as if she had very little experience actually serving and if she did it was food running, no engagement, the cocktaila came watery but we’re decently priced. bison burger and brisket sandwiches were ordered, the bison burger was completely off balance, it tasted as if a box of salt was added, and then the actual sandwich had no real flavour associated, nothing to balance the game of bison. The brisket sandwich again was lacking flavour, the brisket itself was tender but it was also fatty, and the portobello mushroom added is also another savoury but nothing on the sandwich was balanced. Overall the menu was very novice, it’s a boring collection of predictable unbalanced items, a poutine on one side and a $35 trout option on the other, it’s not a gastropub but it charges gastropub prices and it’s not a pub because it omits the classics of a natural pub. 1 star was given because of the presentation, it was on point with wooden boards and interesting cups and faux mini fry baskets. With more direction in the kitchen, a more interesting menu and the removal of chlorine upon entering this place may be able to survive.

Right here a man that has had his share of great foods, and let me tell ya... Not many places like this! No matter what you get on the menu, it's amazing! I have had it all by now and keep coming back. Prices are very reasonable especially given the level of quality and care. You won't find a better place to enjoy a meal within the area, simple as that.

I had an opportunity to visit Maple Canadian Pub on Wednesday evening with my colleague for a dinner. We had an amazing meal but the best part was our server Sheldon" who ensure our evening was complete with delicious food

Great place to go for a late night drink, date night, or dinner with the family.I had the cajin shrimp, pork tacos, and the enchiladas. The last two items were just available on Cinco de Mayo 2023.All items were great, the presentation was excellent, and they all tasted great, which is the most important thing.

Called multiple locations multiple times before getting an answer. The “traditional ” poutine was anything but classic. Overly cajun spiced with green onions which were not mentioned on the menu. No takeout cutlery provided even upon request. Extremely disappointed as this was my birthday lunch and Id heard good things. Won’t be back.

My friend and I went there one night. No one seated us after 5 minutes, so we decided to seat ourselves. We sat at a table across from the bar and waited 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20, minutes until we noticed they served the people who came in behind us. The workers were all behind the bar serving those guys that were there and never came to our table. We decided to leave after waiting 30 minutes and will probably never go there again. It was busy but really frustrating no one even noticed us. I shouldnt have to go flag someone down to order a meal. They should be more aware of their customers and tables not just the regulars and the guys at the bar. Bad service from my experience!

I LOVED this place. First, the House Beer is really good (the one I am pointing to in the menu photo). I usually try different beers in a bar but I had to repeat this one. We got the Bison Burger and it was delicious. I was very impressed how well seasoned it was. We poutine was sooo good. Amzing gravy! The service was perfect. They gave a great suggestion when we did the order and we even got beer on the house. My least favorite item was the dessert. If you are on Midland please check this plaxe out!! I will definitely come back when in Midland.

While in Midland, I was looking for something open late at night since I was hungry, and the Maple Canadian Pub happened to be near me and open, so I decided to eat there.I took a seat at the bar and since they are known in the town for making a great Bison burger, I decided to give it a try. Even though the burger was not on their late night menu, the staff and the chef were kind enough to make an exception and they decided to serve it for me. The staff there seemed to know many of the people at the bar at a personal level, which I thought was pretty cool. Some of them were regulars who lived in the area and one of them was from Mississauga who comes here regularly to visit his grandparents and to get away from the city. The staff and the customers here were all very friendly and nice to talk to.The burger was incredible. It was a 6oz Grilled Bison Burger with Smokey Cheddar, Tempura Onion, Chipotle Ketchup and Beer Mustard. Everything went well together, and it tasted extremely fresh and very lean. I really enjoyed the burger. The fries were hand cut, seasoned, and made fresh in the kitchen. It was very good. The staff told me that this burger is one of their lighter items, which I find tough to believe, since I was quite full from eating just half the burger! I heard that the beef brisket is excellent here as well, so if I'm in the area, I might come back to give it a try!
