I have never been so disappointed. They don't show up. I can never get in touch with anyone and I run out of supplies all the time. Heartbreaking

Went there to pick up supplies for myself to use for wound treatment while I am away as I am a patient of theirs and I was refused anything and was told that if I am away then nothing will be delivered to my house either. They didnt even seem to be worried about if my wound gets infected or not. Very dissatisfied and pissed off patient..

VON is a fabulous service. We were seen promptly at our appointment time. Cloe was our nurse and she was interested, patient and very competent. There was a mountain of paper work. She tended to the wound and explained everything. We were able to set up home visits and came home with a bag full of supplies for them to use here. They come every 3 days to change the bandage. What an incredible service! We are so thankful for them!

The nurses and volunteers are all exceedingly nice and well-meaning, but the programs have limitations. You or your loved one pretty much has to be in really bad shape to get regular visits. I mean REALLY bad, so you would best not to rely on this service for regular wellness. Private home care organizations charge 30 bucks an hour with a 3 hour minimum too, just so you know. Also, if you require use of a wheelchair, don't try to utilize the volunteer senior transportation program; the drivers will not take a wheelchair even if it's portable. I know, I know, the website indicates Volunteers and paid drivers provide seniors and adults with disabilities transportation to medical" but it's not true unless your disability doesn't prevent you from being able to walk. I totally understand the VoN cannot risk liability

Nurses were amazing!! They treated my daughter for a few weeks with such great care and professionalism! Highly recommend! Thank you VON!!

Great concept but lost in delivery. Four times in 8 days did not show up as originally scheduled. Would receive a call after fact to reschedule only to receive a phone call to reschedule again. Had to find alternative as my condition could not wait.

Absolutely horrible. They skipped my husband's appointment then the following day they called at 910 to say sorry no ones coming tonight for your 8pm appt. It's not like the hospital scheduled this for something important like making sure he gets the care and meds he needs Absolutely useless
