We were offered a $500 discount to give a good review. This will be an honest review.We were really hoping to support a small business but ended up getting burned by what seems to be inexperience. I don't think my expectations were unreasonable to have work being done consistently and within the contract. Work was started 2 days early but still required a 2 day extension. Yes, there was a small technical delay, however, most of the delay was in not having enough emplyees to do the job. Either no one was available, or the person just didn't show.Communication was lacking, respect for the cleanliness was lacking. Owner spoke disrespectfully to me and offered an empty apology. Work done is average.
