Quiet difficult to find, but staff was responsive through the phone and guided me! Its hidden on Danforth right next to an optical store (east of it) and you have to enter a lobby and take the elevator or stairs. Amazing staff, they make it feel like home. Can be quite busy. Staff-to-community member ratio is low like all other community organizations in the city, but they all work hard nontheless.

This place has been really helpful! I got in touch with Maham Jilani and she found all the proper resources for me to start landing jobs and getting settled and finding proper child care/benefits. She was very easy to get in touch with and always found an answer for whatever question I had. Great experience with Maham.

The new executive director Judy is SUPER good! She is very kind, progressive, passionate and thoughtful. She made a HUGE change of the whole place. I used to think it was just an average one but under Judy's management, it becomes a really nice organization that is really willing to help people.

I highly applaud the work of Newcomer Women's Services Toronto. The staff are professional, they very much so connect with their clients' issues and provide useful lasting solutions. Mary Beltran has been my hero, from enrolling me for purposeful online courses, to polishing my resume, giving me leads to employment opportunities and as well being an excellent reference for my current job. She does her job with passion.

Rude people are working there. I had a bad experience with Olga. She was unprofessional and disrespectful to me and other students. I cannot recommend their services.

I enrolled with Gersom Rodriguez as part of the youth job employment program. i was very pleased as he helped me throughout the entire employment process. We did job training and even mock interviews. I am very grateful as I was able to land a job very quickly because of Gersom. He is very friendly and easy to talk to if you have any questions about anything whether it was about my future career or what university programs I want to apply to. I would highly recommend meeting with Gersom.

I have been with them for a month trying to get assistance for a job in the healthcare setting and they have not been communicating with me. I am trying to get my file closed so that I can try else where and no one never seems to answer their phone line. I think they just want your sin number.

Unfortunately, they wrote to me that I did not meet their criteria and did not tell what criteria I did not meet, although I asked about it. This upset and demotivated me. I don’t recommend applying to this agency.

Unfortunately I had also unpleasant experience with R&I and COJG Manager, Pedro Monteros. three months ago, there were some open positions I would like to apply for. I went to office to meet with Employment Consular and to learn about these open positions and asked her to say hi to hiring manager. she told me that it is Pedro, we all together went to his office and I said hi, how are you? and people are so friendly here, just shared some good comments about the organisation & mostly my consular, he reacted very nervous and said if you behave like this
