My fiance and I had an awful experience at this photo studio, and we were offered a refund because of it. However, things got weird when the photographer insisted we come in person and give the picture back to get our refund. What he was actually offered us was a return, not a refund.The photographer used salesman tactics, trying to twist our words, like asking, Oh

Loved our family photoshoot. Peter was friendly and professional. We had a lot of laughs and he was able to get amazing photos of us all even get great shots of our children and our dog . The photos turned out wonder.

We enjoyed the photo shoot and how Peter worked with each of us to get the best photos. When there was a problem with the coating on a couple prints, he took them back and had they completely redone. Now they are perfectly finished and look great. Thank you, Peter, for making this easy and enjoyable.

Even though I had a gift certificate that my son had purchased for me a year ago, Peter was still quite accommodating in fitting our family in over the Christmas holidays. We had a few different poses done and were able to choose from them. I did feel the main one was too large for our wall as we live in a smaller home now, but he was certain it would be just fine. We quite like the photos we have now other than the main one still looking a little large.

I have been involved in the entertainment industry on and off since I was about eight years old, but circumstances never worked out that I was able to get headshots done. I decided to put my trust in A.E. Cross Studio because I had seen samples of their work on display at the local trade shows and thought them to be very professional. Anyway, I was nervous when I got there, but Peter put me totally at ease and helped me to relax enough to take some great shots. I am a total novice when it comes to getting pictures taken, but Peter was totally cool and patient about it. I just got the photos back today and they are worth every penny I spent!
