Never have much at all in model kits . Testors rack is always empty. Model mostly sane stock like empty shelf.

I always enjoy going through this store.Both my wife, Pat, and I stepped in to pick-up attachments for creating wrist bands.We already have the banding (using fish line I acquired).Pat already has the various letters obtained from a local Dollar store as well as a nice container for holding all the bits.I used their public bathroom (customers use only I'm guessing, though I didn't notice signage). Always clean inside.Afterwards I took my time finding elusive Pat since I always enjoy seeing what's new, what's for sale and anything I might need for home use in this wonderful store.Once we met up, we both went off looking for the clasps though Pat didn't mind my stopping to look at their model selection on route.Having done an almost complete circle we did find various clasps to the right of cashiers.An attendant did offer help once there but was unessesary at the time. I know the staff here is gracious with their assistance but, as I've stated, I do enjoy browsing.

Helpful staff but I can't seem to find patterns for cross stitch here.

Nice store, lots of selections but shelves were a bit sparce when I went (not sure if they were waiting on a shipment or something?) Staff are friendly and helpful. Great place to buy art and craft supplies.

Ordered and confirmed pu on easel when I get there it was still there show them confirmation email with the order number and by the time he got back out from my house it had already sold?? Not sure what happened but I was charged for my credit card had to wait 7 days to get it back and had to buy one from my from a cash and and it didn't even have all the hardware to it so if you're looking for good quality art equipment go to somewhere that you can ask reputable my girls may be good for you know the quick running but unfortunately the staff is not knowledgeable and their management is out of order so I lost out on money and I lost it on diesel so which you know ended up fine thank God for the art Shack amazing knowledgeable and such a great story maybe a little pricey but it's worth every penny

i love that store i just wish there was one in bathurst because im a artist and its really hard for me to go drive 3h to find a art store

Michaels seems to be selling more and more cheap, low-quality items. It feels like they're trying to be both a craft store and a dollar store. My visits to Michaels are becoming fewer and far between, and I'm seeking out more local shops for quality supplies and better service.

Ok I guess shelves for yarn getting empty not much selection even worse on line
