Horrible customer service, horribly understaffed and under-trained.I asked them to confirm an exam deferral date posted on their website when inquiring if it was safe to come to campus, and they didn't even know that the deferred exam schedule was posted!Having to wait a month for email responses as well.

I’ve never been able to solve an issue. I’ve sent an email that got a response a month and half later. I called without ever getting a call back. I booked a virtual appointment which I never received a date or time to actually have with them. They have “live-chats” that have no posted hours of operation and I haven’t successfully been able to use. I have several problems, yet Service Laurier has never been able to solve one. It’s so disappointing and frustrating.

ill be admitted to the hospital for sever depression and suicidal state prevention. I blame service laurier for giving me a stressful time in my first year and not answering my phone calls. I have emails , screenshots, missed call logs to back this up. Ill be finding out the employees name shortly.

They are absolutely no help I’ve been sending emails back and forth with them since may and my problem is still not resolved and the latest email i send I got an auto response saying they don’t plan on replying to me

Called them numerous times during their operation hours, and they never picked up my calls. Tried emailing them and I had to wait for more than 2-3 weeks to get a generic response to my question. They don’t provide any help at all.

Absolutely awful service. The staff provide no assistance to anyone and the phone support is useless. It would be more worth your time to pick up a package anywhere else.

Out of my 3 years at Laurier NEVER has service Laurier PICKED UP THE PHONE. And emails constantly come in a whole week after, with an AUTOMATED RESPONSE like please refer to the tuition page on the website." At this point I'm having trouble believing that this is a team of real people. Never have they been any help

Their only issue really is communication, sometimes they too long to connect back on mattersEverything else is perfect to be honest, some of the most kind staff i’ve ever dealt with.
