Ooh La La Cupcakes

I ordered an assortment for my husband’s birthday as a surprise. We are new to Victoria, recently moved from Ontario, so I wasn’t sure where to buy a good cupcake. I took a chance based on the website and reviews and we were not disappointed! The cakes were so fresh and moist. They were so flavourful and the buttercream was silky smooth and not overly sweet. Absolute perfection. I’m a simple girl so the vanilla cupcake was my favourite, but every flavour was devoured with equal pleasure. We will definitely buy from this bakery again.

We are not vegan, but the vegan chocolate cake was possibly the best chocolate cake we've ever had...ever... Thank-you cake makers!

Cute decoeation 20s dinner themed . Had the kiss me I'm Irish " cupcake falvored mint cocolate. Cup cake in genral was pretty good but icing was hard butter cream a very interesting tecture and flavor"

Fabulous bakery and delicious place to order a custom cake. Customer service was great answering questions when placing a custom cake order. Got the coconut and mango flavour and my only complaint is we all wanted more!

Thank you so much for making my birthday cake. The ombre was nice.But I can't help but to think that there was not much effort put into the cake. It’s like a kid made it, and can’t believe I was charged $140 for it. It looks like $60 or even less. I think my friend can make 10 times better. Overall, I was disappointed and dissatisfied. Waste of money. I will never order from this place.

I have had and enjoyed many cupcakes over the years from Ooh La La Cupcakes, especially since they have vegan ones. So when I was trying to find someone to do a vegan wedding cake for our wedding, and after friends who had also used Ooh La La for their vegan wedding cake had raved about it, it was an easy choice to hire them for ours. I knew the cake would be vegan and delicious. But what I did not know at the time, was how amazing they would be to work with, and how absolutely PERFECT the cake would end up being! Sherryl was so great to work with through pandemic wedding planning and many emails. She was always so helpful in answering all my questions and ensuring that the cake would be everything we wanted. They even provided complimentary taste-tester cupcakes to help us decide which flavours we liked best! And on the day itself when I saw the cake in person, I was speechless at how BEAUTIFUL and absolutely perfect it was! It was exactly what I had envisioned: Simple, classic, and stunning!!! And DELICIOUS!!! We had more than enough cake for our guests and were even able to save the top tier for ourselves (which is what we had wanted). I cannot say enough good things about Sherryl and Ooh La La Cupcakes! I 100% recommend them to everyone looking for a wedding cake/treats, or a cake/treats for any other occasion. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future for all my vegan cake/cupcake needs. Thank you so much Sherryl! <3

Cupcakes are good, staff is often not very friendly. Just average, no warm welcomeor anything special I would expect from a laid back cupcake shop. 4/5 for cupcakes, 2/5 for customer service. So a 3/5 :)

Amazing cupcakes and great service!! I ordered 15 bug themed cupcakes for my son's bday and they turned out way better than I had imagined, they were just amazing, AND tasted great as well!

Ooh la la is the place to get cupcakes! You can even get a custom order and mix with vegan or regular. New flavours and enhanced flavour profiles have recently come out too!

I recently contacted this company with an emergency birthday request (totally last minute!) They were so lovely and accommodating… and I hear that the cupcakes were divine! Thank you Ooh La La! You made our day!
