Jennifer was great! She answered our questions and helped us make the best selection and take advantage of current sales.The delivery people were a different experience, they arrived more than 30 minutes before the delivery window and shouted at me and were rude about my not being available until the confirmed delivery time.

The Brick staff were very helpful when we were in the store. Jennifer was very helpful and knowledgeable in showing us different mattresses and helped my daughter chose a mattress that was suitable for her use. Appreciate and very thankful for all the help from Jennifer. We will buy from The Brick again should we need any furniture in the future. Thanks again.

The company they use for installations is the reason for the review. I purchased a dishwasher and paid for the delivery and installation. Installation included removal of old appliance. The old appliance had already been removed, so that was no required. No discount given for that, but I was surprised and very disappointed when the installer left and didn't take the box or packaging with him. He also left a standing puddle of water on a wood floor. Did not clean up when he was done. I am left to deal with this. This is completely unacceptable and I would not use their installation, as the installation company they use is not professional or responsible enough to be in people's homes. I also am purchasing a stove and fridge, but another national company that has a much better installation program is getting the job. They also will do the floor that I need and are great at follow up. Can't deal with The Brick when there support people are so unprofessional

I have ordered some furniture from brick store London location. The quality of funiture is cheap. When I was assembling the product. Most of the items broke. When, I reached to customer service department. I did not get any proper response from them. I recommend to other people, do not buy furniture from brick. It is not worth it.

Jennifer Joosten, is great asset to the Brick. She helped us with our purchase of a new recliner. We had very specific options in mind and a limited budget. Jennifer went above and beyond to find the recliner we needed. Even though the chair had to be special ordered, Jennifer stayed in touch with the progress and we were able to pick up before the scheduled time. I would definitely recommend Jennifer for all your household needs and I am sure we will be using her again in the future. Thanks Jennifer.

We recently purchased a mattress from the Brick. We visited twice, once to try out all the mattress and the second time to purchase our favourite one after thinking about it. The first time we visited we were met with plenty of associates ready to help, who were all friendly and respectful when we mentioned we were just looking for now. The second visit we were met with an associate who didn’t greet us, but started talking at us about all the perks of different mattresses. She was very informative, but we didn’t want or need any of the information as we already decided which mattress we wanted to purchase. It felt mostly like she was talking at us and not listening to our desire to just purchase the one we wanted, and it turned us off of the buying experience. Overall a decent buying experience and we’re very happy with the product we purchased.

Great selection, service and pricing.My wife and I went to The Brick in search of a 3 piece couch set for our new home.Gary was fantastic, and we have purchased the perfect set for our home.I highly recommend you check out The Brick the next time you’re in the market for anything for your home. As I am planning to move in the next week, I updated my appliancesI happened to walk into the brick and caught my eye on the floor model that was wrapped up and being re-soldAt no point did my sales rep or customer service rep? Talk to me about a “48 hour rule” to inspect my appliances. This was shipped by them brought to my house and a friendly neighbor, and I installed from my garageAs we unwrapped it, there was a large dent that could only be done with heavy equipment. Furthermore, I open the door and was absolutely shocked to see that there was evidence of food inside this “brand new” fridge.What an absolute joke. I called them where I learned about this 48 hour rule, have been put on hold continuously, and flat out, ignored as a consumer.At this point, I have no choice but to file with the Better Business Bureau of Ontario. The lack of empathy and customer service is alarming. I have never felt more like somebody who was in adequate or unappreciative as a consumer.I was not looking to return, but only to make it right as any respectful Company would have the decency to do. Not just point fingers at someone to fix it.
