Dr. Mark Blanch, a 5-star denturist, has been responsible for my elderly Mom's dentures for years. Mom has dementia, lives in a nursing home, uses a wheelchair and isn't mobile to go outside for any appointments. Dr. Mark had repaired her old dentures from a different denturist and then made new dentures when needed.His policy is to go into the nursing home to ensure that his patients' denture needs are met, e.g. this past week after Mom did something to crack the lower denture. Speedy service, in fact, great customer service. There is another company that is also contracted to this LTC home but I, as POA for Mom, refuse to let anyone else other than Dr. Mark to service Mom's denture needs. He is so nice and helpful, too.Dr. Mark had even helped out during a COVID outbreak at this LTC home which showed his dedication and commitment.His office assistant, Marcia, has always been so efficient, kind, helpful, too. What a great team that they make!Five star recommendation from me!

Damian is the best! Highly recommended! I went to get dentures done earlier this year and never had a problem. Outstanding job! He makes dentures precisely and I didn’t have to wait long for it to be done. Reasonable prices and amazing staff!

I met Damian at his office during a very low point in my life. For months I went without eating properly while having absolutely no confidence. Damian was professional, kind and empathetic towards me. He fitted me with full uppers and full lowers. His work is amazing and I look and feel like the old me again! I took my 86-year-old dad into Damien's office last year and got his upper dentures refitted perfectly. My dad ate so well for one year! Unfortunately, he was diagnosed with late-stage cancer only a couple of months ago, lost a lot of weight, and is getting end-of-life care at home. His dentures didn't fit the way they did before because of the changes in his body and gums due to losing weight from the cancer. I told Damien that my dad wasn't strong enough to leave the house, but he still wants his dentures refitted again because he still enjoys eating, so Damien generously brought his equipment to my dad's house and refitted the dentures for my dad at our home as a special service. Damien isn't only a talented craftsman, but a sincere and compassionate person. I can't recommend him enough. Here's a pic of my dad eating chips and biscuits with his new refitted dentures!

Called them on a Sunday because my mom's bottom Denture cracked in half, I left a message so that I can go in early Monday morning.. to my surprise someone returned my call immediately! The person who answered the phone said I'm here for a few hours why don't you come by....mom's dentures were repaired within an hour!! Awesome!!! Mom was eating her favorite that night....Pizza!!! Dentures Direct gave my Dad amazing treatment! Damien was very helpful with a last minute request I had to help my father with his dentures that were hurting him (after losing weight from cancer) while he was staying with me in Toronto. I spoke to Damien at 9am and we were in for a rush appointment by 3:30pm the same day. Damien was able to give my father a quick adjustment that will hold him until he gets back home in a few days. Thanks Damien for being compassionate, helpful, professional and generous with your time and making a daughter feel like her Dad was in good hands and that she made the right choice when her Dad needed the help.
