I used Avisa to diagnose a problem I was having with my Nest Doorbell. It had been intermittently working off and on for over a year. We also had no video during that time. Vargha took a look at the issue and was able to troubleshoot the issue and have it working again. He did a better job than Nest Customer Support did.
