Absolutely love this store! Service is outstanding in all departments. Service manager is knowledgeable, easy going and helpful. The general manager knows his stuff and is ready to help out. Paperwork when buying anything can be daunting but their Financial person walks you through everything! Always a pleasure to work with this awesome staff.

I just want to thank Dave and his team, service, parts and apparel was amazing today. They even caught a problem I didn’t know I had. We got it fixed, and the new heated grips worked amazing in the cool evening air. The shirts fit amazing. I’m looking forward to the next 25000 kms on my 2022 Road Glide Limited.

Absolutely the worst service department I have ever delt with!! Booked my bike in for a 4 hour job after several days of not hearing anything tried calling services and left multiple message with no calls back had to stop in only to find out the bike was still not done. After waiting 11 business days, went to the shop to check on progress since you cannot get ahold of anyone and they will not return calls. Then to have the service manager say they just got it on the stand but will have to take it off because of a drop in from out of town. It would be more economical and quicker to take the bike to Edmonton definitely will not be giving them any more business. The absolute arrogance of the service manager who clearly moved in to a position based on who he knows rather then what he knows about business, and customer service. I guess this is what happens when there is not enough competition in town.

Bought my first new Harley last year on a trade in. Dave gave me a fair price for my bike and got me the bike I wanted for a better price than the Edmonton dealerships. As for the service department I was a little disappointed. I booked the bike in for the 1600km service and also booked the bike to have the handlebar risers replaced. I provided the risers and purchased all the other associated parts from the parts department and figured I would throw them a job to go along with the first service, which I was under the impression was covered under the warranty of the bike. Upon picking up my bike I was pretty surprised to see that I had been charged 8 hours labor to replace the handlebar risers and 3.5 hours for the service. Upon discussion with the service writer I was notified that all bar jobs" were an 8 hour flat rate. I notified him that it was not a bar job on a bagger and the amount of work necessary was about 1/4 of a bike with a fairing as only the risers were replaced and the wiring that needed to be done was minimal. I have 15 years experience as a certified mechanic and have been extensively working on and customizing my own HD motorcycles for almost as long

Bike was taken in March 2023 to ensure I was riding come bike season. Was told no problem, you’ve been proactive won’t be an issue. It is late June 2023 and still no bike. This shop is a joke! You’re better off hauling your bike to Edmonton.

Mighty peace Harley Davison has been the best dealership I’ve ever been too. Their staff is very welcoming and helpful as well as extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Amazing place to shop has great sections and employees are very hard working people!

Bought my first Harley from MPHD this summer. The whole experience was great. Dave and the service department helped me pick some great mods and got them installed as quickly as possible. They even delivered the bike to me in Peace River, AB. I did not expect that, but was super thrilled. Would recommend anyone to buy or get servicing done here!

I bought my bike at a different store in spring of 2021. When I got home with it MPHD welcomed me to their family. I have experienced nothing but top notch service from the staff at Mighty Peace Harley Davidson. Dave and Lindsay do a great job at what they do. Declan and Wyatt in the back have always answered any of my questions. The clothing gals always take the best care of me too.I needed a new tire for my bike, was there on Wednesday. They got me in on Friday, had my bike finished in half the time they said.10/10 recommend.
