I had a disappointing experience at the Lindt chocolate shop at Mirabel with Sandra today. My 3-year-old son was disappointed to learn that he would no longer receive a free piece of chocolate when visiting the shop, and when I asked Sandra about it, she told me that I would have to pay $1.15 for a single piece. This was frustrating, as we had always enjoyed this small treat during our visits.Furthermore, Sandra's attitude was unhelpful and unfriendly throughout our interaction, which made me feel unwelcome in the shop. While I understand that policies may change, I would have appreciated a more positive and empathetic response from the staff. Overall, my experience at the Lindt chocolate shop with Sandra was disappointing, and I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future.

Exceptional service, American style greeting at the front entrance telling us about their specials. Other retailers can learn about hospitality from their staff. Excellent selection and great prices.
