Great food, servers made great suggestions and we're very friendly! So cool to be right over the water. Visited on a big snowflake day and it was great atmosphere!

sat inside for 10 minutes and a server didn’t even come over to us. went up to the bar and asked if we were supposed to order at the bar because we’d never been there before and a server rudely said “one sec”. sat back down, watched her point at us to another server and they both went outside? waited another 10 mins and just left. definitely won’t be coming back lol. horrible service

Riverside restaurant and bar has a beautiful patio over looking the river and is in a prime location.Unfortunately, the servers are not very friendly at all. The menu is very small with very limited options. We ordered a half salad with chicken and were very disappointed with the quality. The chicken is very clearly processed and frozen, and they bake it in the oven instead of on a grill, making it chewy and hardly edible.We would have happily paid twice as much for a salad with quality ingredients.

The food is ok, some days it's cold food...the restaurant itself is so cold you keep your jacket on. The service isn't even the bare minimum. No offer for more coffee or hot water for tea. No pleasantries exchanged, just here is your food. We have tried a few times but nothing changes. Won't be back
