Kayla was great, she recommended the perfect pairing for our evening. The place has extended hours which is awesome. There’s lots of seating indoor and outdoor, cool subway theme! The food was delicious and it’s our go to spot in the neighbourhood.

Kayla, was really rude, complaining about working 72hrs and not sleeping.She told me the artichoke dip had cream so I could not eat it. I asked her to clarify, cause cream is not gluten. She said I can not eat itThe issue is the language. I am gluten free not dairy free. She got flustered and put it on me. I feel she needs to be educated on differentiating between gluten free and dairy free.All I'm looking for is a place to eat and spend my money.

Been to this chain pub/bar before including this particular location. Staff was pretty friendly but could have been more attentive tbh. Food was decent, we had nachos and schnitzel. Overall I would return if I was in the area and wanted to catch adrink on a patio and I do recommend to those in the area and looking to grab a drink or a bite to eat.

Firkin offers a good selection of food, fast and efficient service, and reasonable prices. Its situated at a great location, on the waterfront - right by Lake Ontario. This is a good spot for a group of friends for a casual get together. I wouldn't recommend this for family or a date. This is not fine or formal dining so casual attire is just fine. Bon Appétit!

4.5 star from a family of 5 with a variety of demands. Well accommodated. Beautiful Patio and view of the lakeshore. Diverse Menu.Burger patty a tad dry/overcooked, everything else was yummy. Thanks for the hospitality - the team was well coordinated.

Firkin on the Bay is your classic, diner style restaurant. They're known to have good fish and chips but unfortunately when we ordered it, the fish came a little overcooked, almost looked like a wooden stick. But it was still tasty nonetheless! Their onion rings are bomb and I highly recommend them if you like large beer battered rings.

British style pub located in a prime location surrounded by scenic lake/ city views, trails and much more. Firkin on the bay does not take reservations. Once inside, seat yourself. The map of London cover the walls along with art statements. There are TVs on every wall making it a great place to watch games.Great views from the patio in the summer time There’s usually a line up on a warmer day.The service has been good each times I’ve been, they have been very honest about the menu. The food has been mostly tasty. Was disappointed to find that they weren’t serving brunch at all so had to opt in for a lunch menu. However, the hot honey chicken was delicious with extra sauce.

We sat on the patio for lunch. I had the fish and chips, and my friend ordered the chicken fingers sauced up. Great food, service, and views! You can sneakily find free one hour parking underground, but don't press your luck if it's a busy day.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered from here for my first time and found a metal shelf clip in my Cesar salad. I will never order from here again and the shift manager that I complained to did not care one bit.
