Tessa was our day of wedding planner, and she went above and beyond to make our day so special and perfect!! We had a large wedding party and she kept everyone in order for all events including She was very calm and organized throughout the day.We had a backyard wedding and she even went out to buy us more ice because we ran out. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner!

Tessa did an incredible job leading up to our wedding and on the day of. When I first chatted with Tessa I indicated I wanted her to help with decor set up and day of coordination. This wasn’t a “typical” package of theirs but she quickly altered a package for me to give me exactly what I needed! Leading up to the wedding she was very hands on, checking in to make sure things were going well and following up with our vendors which I did not anticipate so that was a lovely surprise! On the day, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with her. She made the whole day such a smooth experience, taking all my stress away! She set up the decor perfectly and did an amazing job with typical day of coordination. I can’t recommend her enough! In addition to my own wedding, I have several friends who have also used Tessa for wedding coordination and she has always done such a wonderful job. She is so friendly and a joy to work with!

Here’s why: Tessa took the time to completely understand my vision, execute it perfectly, and advocate for me to vendors to make sure I got exactly what I wanted to make it a perfect day. She eased all anxiousness about the wedding day with her calm and collected demeanour. You can tell she loves what she does and she’s GREAT at it. While she made sure everything inside our venue was perfect, her colleague Omalewa helped calm my nerves as I stood outside walking down the aisle and I was so grateful for her warmth and comfort.I hired Plannin Companion as a day-of coordinator for our ceremony, as my reception included a coordinator (two different venues). Yet Tessa took the time to meet with me on several different occasions via Zoom to check in, answer questions, offer advice and guidance, and make sure we were on the same page. She was present for the rehearsal and advocated to make sure everything was how I envisioned. She is easy to reach, helps contact difficult to reach vendors, and is so knowledgeable about the wedding industry. It felt like having my best friend along side me who was still professional and objective when it came to giving me input. I could not rave more highly about Tessa and Plannin Companion, they are the absolute best in the business and I cannot even begin to imagine my day without them by my side.

Tessa is the wedding planner from heaven..calm, cool and collected. We started planning our wedding before she came into the picture and she went above and beyond at every point. She and Lewa went above and beyond the responsibility of a wedding planner. We had to look for a new reception venue less than 24hrs to the wedding (thanks to COVID restrictions) and Tessa went to work for us and found a beautiful venue within 12 hrs!No matter the obstacle even on our wedding day, she made sure everything went smoothly as possible. She's very creative and helped us handle issues creatively.Working with Tessa and Lewa made us realize the importance of a wedding planner and we are so grateful for their support and encouragement throughout the most challenging event of our lives. We were very happy to have had Tessa as the officiant for our wedding. She performed a lovely and heartfelt service that she had clearly put a lot of thought into. She did a great job and I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for an officiant.
