I have been a patient of the Burnaby Hearing Center for the last six months and have been grateful for their genuine care and professional help with my hearing loss. I consistently experience the welcome and hospitality of Sonya and the front desk staff as well as the expert treatment I receive from Lori Cunningham, the Audiologist. I sincerely believe she is diligently seeking to find the very best solutions to my hearing needs. She uses the newest of technologies to understand my hearing deficiencies and how to most effectively address those. My hearing capacity has undoubtedly improved since my first visit and I am confident Lori is committed to serving me in those ways in the coming years.

I went in to assess my chronic tinnitus. Though I already had an idea that there was no conservative treatment route, my doctor , very friendly and professional, ran through an array of tests with me.We discovered I had issues in hearing certain tones. It helped me understand why I had difficulties communicating and hearing -- especially in groups. The experience was eye opening and I certainly appreciated the manner in which the information was presented. Very detailed and I was given all the charts and scans after the fact as well.Would definitely suggest them.

I had to visit this place to get my hearing tested for employment / training purposes. Sonya at the front desk was very helpful and courteous enough to patiently listen to my precise requirements for the test. She also helped me to get an appointment scheduled for the next day at a convenient time. The rate quoted for the test was a bit high initially. However, Sonya offered me a discount on the day of the hearing test. The audiologist (Lou) was also pleasant to work with. Overall I had a good experience with the Center and I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone in Burnaby if they wish to get their hearing tested.

Through the years, Lori's knowledge, care and professionalism has provided a much needed greater understanding of hearing loss not only directly to the patient but also to the family as well to adjust to new norms, reducing stress and to anticipate upcoming changes. Complete end-to-end service keeps to reassure optimal working order on hearing aids. The free seminars were helpful to keep up-to-date learning about new technology and available products for easier equipment maintenance.

My last visit was great. I trust Lori because she is very knowledgeable and skilled in her profession, yet always takes time to be thoughtful and compassionate. I have highly recommended her to my family and friends.

My hearing aid journey has brought me to the Columbia Square location on Columbia St. in New West. Very professional, excellent customer service and knowledgeable. So glad I found this place! Located to the right of Save-on-Foods beside the pet store, lots of easy parking.
