Went to Peoples Jewellers to purchase a birthday gift. I found some gold earrings online that I am interested in. Julia who assisted us was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. She was advised what the budget is and she was very patient and professional in showing us some earrings so that we have choices that is within our budget. I ended up with a beautiful gold earring which to my surprise was even discounted. I will surely go back to this jewelry store which I found to have a variety of items to choose from at varying prices too.

Absolutely great customer service! Came in to ask a question and look at wedding bands. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I can’t remember the names of certain people that I spoke to but they were awesome and super helpful!! I would also like to give a huge shoutout to Stella! Stella assisted my fiancé in buying my beautiful engagement ring. He would not stop telling me how amazing she was. I got to meet her today and I cannot express how much of a wonderful and genuine person she was. Such a sweet person with a heart of gold. Thank you people’s Jewellers for all your help! I gave my ring for repair and it came back with damage (over rubbed and big white stain on the ring). No one was willing to help and all they were saying sorry for that. I attended baby shower without my wedding ring. They were not offering me any other service and suggested me to use my 1 time replacement which comes under warranty I bought during the purchase. It’s their mistake then why should I use my coverage for that. PEOPLES SUCKSSS. All they want is to contact customer care and ask them if they can help you out in this scenario. Why do you guys keep stores if everything needs to be done online. I am not going to keep this that simple for you People’s. Waiting for the ring to come back and stretch this matter like the Great wall of China or long. Go for Michael Hill or any other brand, just ignore peoples. People’s ignore their people.
