These guys promised to fix my vehicle after a front end collision. From the start in 2021, they were unprofessional and the repair process was a disaster. The car broke down and had serious issues every time I was assured everything is fixed. Now currently TWO YEARS later in 2023 I have been forced to take repairs elsewhere through painstaking process. I have been running after them trying to get my car fixed for almost 2 years and it seems like the only things they are concerned about are the jobs making them profit, not the jobs they’ve left behind overdue that require urgent attention. They don’t even return your calls.They are completely under-qualified for any major repair-work and I would change the name to “Upper-Canada Bodywork”, since bodywork is the only thing they can do properly. Please do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere before you end up in the same predicament as me.

I can't say enough about these guys. Can I review again so they get 10 stars? They went far above and beyond in every possible way. Amazing service, communication, professionalism, support, you name it, I was completely blown away by how far Justin, Mike and the whole team went to help. Outstanding team. And then there's the work. My truck looks, drives and feels perfect. I know the pearl 3 stage paint on my truck wasn't the easiest paint job, but it looks as good as when it rolled off the factory floor. I'm so thankfulBeing in an accident is stressful enough, these guys helped make a really tough time bearable.

First time using Upper Canada Collision's services. Very pleased. Friendly service, accurate information, and reasonable costs. My car turned out fabulous!! Provide a lifetime warranty on their work. Highly recommend them.

Took the family vehicle in for some paint repair and very minor rust repair. The staff are amazing, customer service and communication 100%. The work was done by the promised date and quality was second to none. Upper Canada Collision goes above and beyond, the little extra's make the word of difference, right down to the cleanliness of the vehicle (inside and out) when we picked it up after completion of the work. All this at a very reasonable cost.100% recommend !

I'd give zero stars if I could.Their workmanship is poor. Took the car back a second time to have it remedied, but they failed to do so.Their choice of an outsource shop...siliconed my rack and pinion. Then told me that the dust boot was meant to collect leaking fluids.

Brought my car to Upper Canada Collision after being on the receiving end of a fender bender during the last big storm. The staff at UCC took care of everything and the workmanship is top notch. Very happy with the results and the service I received. It’s always nice to walk into a business and be treated like a person as opposed to a number. Thanks again Upper Canada Collision!

Got into a minor fender bender in my caravan a while back and mike came to my rescue. He sat with me for about an hour or more waiting for my mom to come look at the damage. He offered to fix the damages and come with us to the collision centre. After upper Canada worked their magic the van looks better than it did when we bought it. Mike even covered the 300 deductible we owed like what an amazing and kind thing to do. Then it gets better. My Subaru wrx got smashed on the right side destroying the whole rocker cover. I went straight to upper Canada and man they did an amazing job I can’t even tell that I was hit. I’m so so so thankful for all their work. I even got two fender pieces painted and was willing to pay them for their time and they said it was on the house. I’m telling you if you ever get into any kind of accident CALL UPPER CANADA THEY DO NOT DISAPPOINT.
