I took my 92yr old dad , who was having issues with his expensive hearing aids he had bought back in Ontario. He was anxious to go as his experiences with a hearing aid company in Ontario was less than favourable. We where greeted by Tannis who was super friendly and patient. Resolved the problem at no fee to our surprise. Excellent customer service.. Thank you.Lorraine

Customer service was great. Receptionist greeted me pleasantly Everything I was in the office. Would recommend them to anyone who has a hearing problem.

What a wonderful store. Staff are so friendly and helpful. I arrived from Ireland on holiday and had a problem with my hearing aids. A wonderful lady sorted me out in a few minutes, gave me spare parts and all for no charge. Thanks so much.

All the staff is very friendly and has such professionalism. If I have any questions they are very quick to answer them and resolve any issues I may be having. I have brought a couple elders in and the treatment for them was outstanding making sure everything that was said to them is understood. Would highly recommend

I purchased a hearing aid from this place 6 years ago and returned there today due to some questions I had prior to getting new hearing aids very soon. It was a special trip to go back to this store as I don’t live anywhere near Fairfield area anymore. However, I wanted to stay with the same business. Unfortunately the receptionist was the rudest person I had ever met in my life. She showed zero tolerance as well as any intention to help me but just cut off my questions. Even worse, she turned the store lights off while I was still inside the store. I do believe I never treated her unfairly and/or rudely but simply had a few questions. If she feels so frustrated in dealing with hearing impaired people, why does she work there? We, the customers, go to hearing aid stores since we can’t hear well; that is simple and basic logic. Her attitude and customer service level is extremely aggressive and unprofessional. I will never go back to this place and give my warning to other hearing impaired people to be careful and avoid this rude place at all costs.

The staff here is very friendly, knowledgeable, and accessible. I felt very comfortable discussing my hearing and the use of my new hearing aids with them. Also, the office is very conscientious about CVID-19 protocol.

If you are looking for the absolute best products, service and support for your hard earned money then look no further! i purchased some hearing protection devices as my job has a considerable amount of noise associated with it and they are amazing. She really cares about customers and you are in good hands for whatever you need. Thank you so much for providing excellent service to greater Victoria and beyond!!!
