Hi Velocity coil broke in 2019- major flood. New system installed 2020- coil broke again in 2022...$1600 +. Sean at ESP claimed it was not under warranty as it may have been installed properly" (with no evidence); his supplier in Toronto refused to pay warranty

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Energy Saving Products Ltd. (ESP) for two emergency inquiries as the AC at my townhouse had frozen coils, and I must say that their customer service exceeded my expectations in every possible way.First and foremost, the representative, Kevin Davis, at ESP was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. In early February, my townhouse had an electrical issue that damaged the electronic control unit of the air handler. Since the old controller was discontinued, my technician bought a new HE-B-52 controller through the distributor to replace the old unit. I was told that the unit had a one-year warranty. When I contacted ESP, Kevin was the one who provided me with more details about the product and clarified the 5-year manufacturer warranty. In May, the AC at my townhouse had frozen coils. After two HVAC technicians failed to diagnose the issue, I called Kevin to see if it was possible that the fan speed was not properly set. He took the time to understand my specific issue and provided me with detailed instructions on how to adjust the fan speed for the HE-B-52 controller. He guided me step by step through the entire process and offered me a video call in case I needed any help at the site. With Kevin’s help, I managed to set the proper fan speed and resolve an impossible AC issue by myself. It also saved me a lot of money by not hiring expensive HVAC technicians.What impressed me the most about ESP's customer service was their genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. The communication I had with ESP was seamless. Kevin was prompt in responding to my inquiries, whether it was via phone or email. He genuinely cared about my needs and treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. This level of personalized attention made me feel valued as a customer and solidified my trust in their company.In conclusion, my experience with Energy Saving Products, Ltd. (ESP) was nothing short of exceptional. Their knowledgeable staff, excellent communication, dedication to customer satisfaction, and friendly demeanor all contributed to a memorable customer service experience. I wholeheartedly recommend ESP to anyone seeking top-notch service for their home improvement needs. They have truly set the standard for customer service in their industry.

We have owned ENERGY SAVING PRODUCTS Hydro air system for almost 2 decades and would not go back to traditional methods of heating and cooling. The high velocity airflow translates into greater comfort in all seasons. We are now looking forward to swapping out components and going with the newer variable speed inverter heat pump technology to complement the Hydro that feeds off our efficient gas condenser unit. And did I mention customer service? Whether it’s a tech or sales related problem they will always pick up the phone, email, or text. I’ve even had weekend access to mobile phone numbers when needed!

If you live in USA, buy a product with proper representation in USA: Unico or SpacePak. Hi-Velocity is not your guy. It is not silent, it is not as efficient they say it is. Every part and maintenance kit is very expensive and delivery is very slow. If you have an emergency you will have to buy a portable fan. In other words, it is a ripoff.

The heating system I did by myself!I received a bid for an exorbitant amount for a conventional heating system some 10 years ago. As a single father of 3 I could not afford it. I was building a home with my two hands and spare change left from buying groceries. A good friend of mine mentioned Hi-Velocity Systems, so I went to their website. The instructions were simple, straight forward, and it was stuff I could do it myself, so I bought the parts. The material cost was 40% vs the conventional heating system, ducts, labor, heaters, etc. Installation was done in 10 days, just because I took my time, as I was very peculiar on making sure it was all done perfectly. The system worked great for over ten years, until recently when the local power company spiked the power and burned the original integrated circuit for the variable speed controller. I ordered another one, and to my surprise, I received live, (like a human, a person) assistance - Thank you Sean and thank you Kevin! Both took their time and made sure that I set up the system and it worked as it was supposed to.The big deal here is that my gas bill is 40% of what the conventional system's gas bill would be. I know: before this house I owned another that was half the size and the bill was more than twice of what I pay now.
