Still not good anymore . 2 small pieces from the warmer . I miss the chicken from 15 years ago or more . Really sad now . Both locations are awful in Abbotsford.

Grew up coming here and there use to always be line ups.Coming here the last 10 times I understand why that is not the case anymore and there's a reason why there's not a lot of business.Service has gotten really bad here. Orders are always wrong or missing items, not fresh, there will always be an issue with the order.Sad to say but I don't think I will ever come back to this KFC location anymore even though it is close by.So many more chicken options now like Church's, Popeyes, Mary browns, or even the other KFC !

Very poor service. I give up this location now. Always gave undersized chicken pieces. they couldn't even do whatever they had promised. Also, they were asking for tips at drive through!Now I completely understand why this location got the lowest score among KFCs in the nearby area.

Worst supervisor ever she had so much attitude for. No reason i tried to place order on doordash . First i called for 30 mins no one picked up the phone later when she picked the phone I requested her to give me just one dipping sauce on side because there was no option on doordash to add sauce and that lady told me she cannot just give me one dipping sauce free . I mean this so pathetic this is not how business should run . I am placing 50 dollars order i m ready to pay for dipping sauce as well but i dont see the option . I have never seen any worst experience in my life . Whoever the supervisor she needs to learn how to handle business.

Worst experience ever. The manager has less than zero competance with respect to customer service. Last night, I ordered a 10 piece dark meat meal with three sides, a large coleslaw, a large potato salad and a large gravy. Got the potato salad and coleslaw, but no gravy. Gravy was substituted with French Fries (they have the worst fries). As to the dark meat I order, I got one wing (white meat) 2 breasts and 3 ribs all white meat. I returned to KFC (Clearbrook Road) with the uneaten white meat to speak to the manager, hoping for some reimbursement. She looked into the KFC bucket and responded that she had no intention of any reimbursement. If the owner of the KFC (Clearbrook Road) thinks this is an acceptable way yo run a restaurant, he or she deserves bankruptcy.

Been to this location for the first time and the girl who was taking my order at drive through was very rude and can barely understand English. Asked for everything fresh and was ready to wait. Most of the stuff i asked for they didn’t have as she mentioned “ serving only burgers now”. After waiting for so long , i got my order,they didn’t put any dipping in the bag even though I reminded that girl twice . Also, the chicken was too greasy and oily . Very disappointed with the service here . Will never come back to this location

Chicken is terrible, service sucks. Will serve you when they feel like it. Will give you terrible chicken. Don’t go there ever!!

This doesn't even resemble KFC. It's the worst KFC. ever.what are you doing to the chicken . Even the oil tastes burnt all the time. It's the only KFC in Abbotsford. I live in hope it gets better soon. If not I wont buy it. Its aweful.

Was so gross and dry . Had to be sitting for hours. $10.50 for a classic chicken sandwich I was extremely unimpressedKFC needs to step up there game now that there are so many chicken places to compete with.. Zero stars if I could ..
