Have dealt with Texeuro for a few items. On my most recent purchase I ordered blinds of which 1 of the 4 that I ordered came in a different colour than the others. I didn't realize this till a couple months after as the colours are close but not the same. When I questioned this I was told they would reach out to the manufacturer but to this date I have mismatching blinds and no response from the owner. I don't like leaving negative reviews but ignoring customers is bad business.Blinds work great though.

I ordered some blinds for my main floor and our 4 bedrooms upstairs.I was 110% satisfied with Carmalina P and the companies installers.I had removed All the furniture/pictures around the window areas cause its common courtesy and the job will be done quicker.I have recommended Texeuro Drapery to all my friends and family.I'm so pleased with my blinds and the service and got many compliments from family/friendsThank YouDoret

I believe that it's just as important to have a quality product - as it is to have quality service. I've worked with Carmela for nearly 20 years and, with each project that we take on together - I find my relationship with this company to be one that is trusting and worry free. My jobs are, mostly, done on time - and any rescheduling has been a result of the product's supplier. Texeuro is a family owned business - making its owners truly caring individuals. I will continue to place my window treatment orders through them, and, no doubt, will receive exceptional service.

Excellent service experience... Carmella was so pleasant to work with, she took her time listening to what I really want and the look that I want to achieve for my drapes. The installation was smooth and there was no delays at all. Carmella also worked with me to get the quality and look that I want, with the cheapest way possible!!!Will definitely recommend Tuxedo draperies.
