If you're looking for a place to shop for electronics and computer parts, I would strongly advise you to avoid Canada Computers. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would.I had the misfortune of buying two expensive monitors from this store, and while one of failed under warrenty, the warranty was supposed to cover it. But then things took a turn for the worse. Canada Computers refused to give me the same monitor brand, even when I offered to pay for a higher-end monitor that looked the same. They simply refused.After I insisted that they send it back to the manufacturer, they returned it to me saying that it was unrepairable and offered me store credit. Then, the same problem happened with my other monitor, but this time they refused to do the warranty because the issue wasn't happening at their facility.I explained that the problem was intermittent and asked how they tested the monitor. Their so-called scientific" test was just leaving the monitor running for a few hours. When I asked them to send it back to the manufacturer for proper testing

I just bought a GIGABYTE gaming laptop from canada computers today. I absolutely had to come on and write a review because I received the best service I think I've ever had in retail. Justin was the rep that helped me and he was absolutely incredible. I went into the store not knowing an awful lot and Justin was so helpful and so knowledgable, he answered all my questions, and made me feel like I left the store knowing exactly what I bought and what all of my other options were. I'm very happy with my purchase and the service that Justin provided went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely be coming back to this store!

My boyfriends computer died on him suddenly in the middle of a game. Not only were Jesse and his manager Art able to get his computer in right away, they were able to diagnose and fix the power source in the same day for a very reasonable price, 10/10 would recommend to anyone for their PC and gaming needs! Such a great store and great service!

Thanks to Canada Computers for the excellent service they've continued to provide me over the past decade! From my build 7 years ago to this one I just finished now and all the assorted bits in between, their staff are always helpful and friendly, and their prices are shockingly competitive with online retailers while having brick and mortar locations that are conveniently located and generally well kept.Big thanks to Brandon for helping sort out my parts and offering some suggestions when certain bits weren't on hand!Pictures are of the new build :)

The repair and return desk was over the top helpful and super kind. Brandon at checkout was great to talk to and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this store over any other.

My computer needed some diagnostic attention and I wanted to upgrade to a new monitor so I experienced every facet of the store. One word I would use to sum up the service-Profesional. Everyone was super friendly and helped me solve my issue/upgrade into a great new set up.

I have been shopping hear regularly for my computer needs for a few years now. Every experience has been a positive one. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They think to ask questions about your purchase so that you make an informed decision on your purchase which can save you $$$ and a car trip!!!

First time coming into this store. Well laid out and competitive pricing on the product that i was looking for.Lots of stock, although staff was limited when looking for some assistance.Has all kinds of different converters for different wires, the kind you always look for but can never find!Lots of parking and worth a visit

Unfortunately have to rate 2 stars due to bad service from a service staff worker.I had been in a couple weeks earlier and bought a laptop for my mom, and had a great experience with a sales associate. He mentioned laptop cleaning services and due to my good experience I specifically came back to this location from out of town (while visiting my parents) to drop my laptop to be cleaned.I called earlier that day and stated I would need to pickup the laptop the following day as I would be leaving town, and that I could drop it another time if that turn around time was not possible. The nice gentleman on the phone let me know that would likely be possible.When I came in a couple of hours later the worker behind the counter was very rude. He said we would need 3-4 days for the cleaning. He literally scoffed at me when I said I was told earlier in the day a 1 day turn around time was possible. He said things change hour to hour in a rude tone. He didn't offer an apology or remedy. I also had questions about ordering a battery and he rudely asked me if I was going to order the battery myself, when I was clearly discussing some assistance in ordering one.Anyways, I had a get experience with the sales associate but feel dumb for coming out of the way to get my laptop cleaned here. I can go anywhere for that. I do not recommend the service area of this location their customer service is really poor.

Jordan from the repair department was super super helpful today. 10/10 service. Definitely recommend Canada computers if you have to get your computers fixed or anything. He was also super fast and polite. Made my day.
