I work at this outlet and understand that times have been trying on all of us. But I guarantee that one visit with me you'll come back. I appreciate every customer that visits with their parcels. Yes we are only open Mon to Fri due to being a corporate outlet. Hense why the drugstores have open hours on weekends for your mailing services.Thank you all for being amazing customers and I always look forward to seeing your smiles ✅Sincerely Barb

All the postal workers at this office are really helpful and very nice. I feel bad for them actually because they can not keep up with the demands at this location. I am not exaggerating when I say I have NEVER gotten in and out of this post office in less than 20 minutes. It's really crazy this is so close to my house but I will drive further away to get the job done quicker.

Is very nice young lady Sarah Hebert and this other lady Barbara have been so understanding and helpful no other post office postmaster compares to her! Thank you for everything Sarah I'll be back over and over. Also you're the only one with all things I needed to buy every other post office was out of stock!

The girls are really nice there and deserve 5 stars....my only complaint is their hours of 9-5 and closed Saturday!! How can anyone pick up a parcel at those times without taking off work! So only 2 stars for hours

I go in there one person in line. The first worker hunts and pecks when she types and now the line up is out the door. Then the nasty larger older lady shows up and starts picking a fight telling me the paper package everyone sends in Canada 1,000 times a day needs to go as a parcel. I tell her she's wrong it's a stamp everywhere. Not at this place" Avoid this gong show. A complete incompetent waste of time."

It's unfortunate to see such terrible reviews. The people that work at this location have always been professional, kind, and hard working. They provide excellent customer service and put care into helping people. Yes, sometimes there is a bit of a long wait but its the post office. If you are going to any Canada Post outlet and don't expect to have to wait in a line every once in a while then that is your fault, not theirs. The people who work here complete a valuable service in a thankless role and I commend them for it. Thank you for what you do and that you do it with a smile :)

I have used this outlet for many years. The staff are always helpful and accomodating. Lori stands out as a long term employee. Yes at peak times the place is busy, but they are efficient and minimise your wait. Please keep up the good work and ignore the naysayers.

I've had trouble sending parcels home to Australia a few times before and I had such a wonderful experience here that has renewed my faith. Sarah was so helpful and really helped me through making sure everything was in correct order before it was sent off. Thank you so much for your help!
