Carla and the team at Roset were respectful, kind and willing to help us get the perfect ring! We had a custom made Diamond cut, Emerald with a gold band that turned out STUNNING! Really fast process, fair pricing and they were a breeze to work with. Thanks guys!

Walked into Roset looking for a certain kind of earrings..which they didnt have..I described what I was looking for and Nicole came up with a myriad of ideas..and showed me different sizes of hoops, and charms ( I was looking for hoop earrings with a diamond teardrop hanging off it) WELLLLL...They made them for me..and they are BEAUTIUFUL!!! The service, respect , constant communication between Nicole and the entire Roset staff was incredible..LOVE this store..highly highly recommend

Chelsea is amazing!!!! We have nothing but great things to say about Roset by Reid and I personally have recommended them to many friends already. We are in Calgary so Chelsea helped us choose our wedding bands via text and it was such a pleasant experience. She even got a higher carat count on my wedding band for a lesser price than another company we had been looking at. Professional, knows what she is talking about, timely and made the process so simple especially considering it was long distance. Thank you Chelsea!!! Hands down the best jewelry store out there. Chelsea and the staff at Roset are so accommodating and knowledgable when it comes to jewelry and especially diamonds. The staff at Roset always will make you feel welcome even if it’s just a quick stop for a ring cleaning. They are able to work within every budget and the options are endless. Couldn’t be happier with the service my husband and I have recieved at Roset, we wouldn’t shop anywhere else and always will highly recommend them!

Grateful is an understatement when it comes to sharing the memorable experience we had at Roset by Reid. Driving from Edmonton to Medicine Hat to visit this gorgeously renovated firehall was well worth its weight in gold ;)My fiancé and I were welcomed and treated like family. My daughter and I had the most excellent experience in the store this weekend. We browsed and tried on so many pieces. The staff was friendly and even offered to start us both wish lists" so that they could keep track of our favorite items so when it comes time for gifts they can help guide my husband in the right direction! I think that is the greatest customer service! We purchased a few of our favourite pieces and felt informed and educated on how to care for our new jewellery. We had so much fun shopping! It was not intimidating at all and we laugh a lot!"
