I dont normally post a rant but I am so mad, today we went to the Bell store in Grande Prairie on 80th in the strip mall to buy 2 new phones. I see this deal and I say to the clerk that's the phones we want. She than proceeds to tell us that is the wrong price it was the black Friday sale price and it expired on Monday. I tell her that's not really my fault seeing as it's 130pm Thursday and that is still the posted price. I told her they need to honor that price , she than says she will call the owner of the store, she goes into the back comes back out and says the owners son was in the back and he spoke to his dad and they said they would not honor it. I than said good bye I will contact Bell.I than phone the worst customer service ever at Bell tell them the whole scenario and he says sorry they can't honor that price but there will be deals close to Christmas. I say not good enough get me your supervisor, by now I am very fed up. Again I tell this women the story and after 15min on the phone she says yes they will honor that price, she puts me on hold comes back and says I have to pay the$540 x 2 for the phones and than within the next 2 months they will credit me $250x2. Like I would believe that so I say no thanks I think I will check out Telus. Not saying that it wasn't at least an offer but twice I have waited 2 plus months for Bell credits before. Plus her main concern was trying to sign is up for another 2 year contact which at this point is a No!!!

Ok, I am not a fan of Bell (coorperately speaking), but, I was impressed with the help I got from Paul at this location. I engaged this guy in genuine conversation, to offset my frustrations with Bell, it wasn't his fault that I had issues with Bell - and I was pleasantly surprised at his humor, great heart and awesome help, all problems solved because of him!

I had a damaged phone and had a notice telling me I was eligible for a free upgrade, the store the text I recieved from bell and the upgrade promotion was not the same. The store called bell and got it all sorted out for me so I didn't have to call and deal with it, they were very fast and helped me get on my way very fast. They even helped me tweak my plan so I saved money. Over all great to deal with!

Went into the store location today looked around and tried some phones. I then asked about pre paid plans and he says here's a brochure " and that's all he said. When I left the store I was accused of stealing a Sim card out of a of a phone which was not possible because I did not have a Sim tool. He threatens to call the cops and I insisted that he search me or at least checked the camersa to prove that I didn't but he just said to never come back. I would like to see some proof that me and my friend did plus you said when I asked to see proof that you did not have access"

This store is brutal. If I could leave no stars I would. Nobody answers the phone. They have hours posted but nobody is hardly ever at the store. Says right on the door they are locked because of covid and to knock or call but there’s nobody inside and nobody answers the number posted. Absolutely brutal! Go to the mall instead of this brutally managed store! Such a waste of time!

Extremely rude east Indian woman running the store, she was snapping at my father who has hearing issues and just acted like we were bothering since the second we entered. Not to mention she keeps the front door locked so we thought the place was closed, it was not lunch and not right before the store closed.

I went to Bell at prairie mall to get set up with cell service.I was previously on Fido for 5 years and I loved them but Rogers service anywhere outside of GP is spotty at best so I had to make a switch.The store was understaffed so I was waiting for maybe 20 minutes to be helped but not a huge deal. The store rep was nice and they honored a sake that had technically ended the day or 2 previous on the phone I wanted because they forgot to take the tags down. so that was great.friendly staff and overall pleasant experience despite the wait.

This is for the Bell store on the south end of town, highway 40.I went there Boxing day to get a sim card replaced. I had to wait 20 min as the place was very busy. The people serving us were excellent. They made sure everyone was served in order. I really appreciated that as I hate it when people jump in out of line. Nice job guys!
