These people are awesome. We received a great service. We are vegetarian and they made sure we have a good meal. Wood oven pizza crust is a must here. The patio is beautiful with late evening views. Their Shirley Temple was so tasty, my son had it twice. They are trying to introduce new items so let us try their Italian Cream soda and it was a five star item. We loved the Flat bread with Humus for appetizer. They surprised us with the Chickpeas curry that we didn't expect in the valley. We ended up going there three days during our ten days stay in the valley and will pay a visit again in the future. Kudos to Deepavali and her team for serving us a great food with smile.

Stopped here after a long day of driving. The staff was incredibly helpful and sweet with our 2 year old daughter (they even gave her extra complementary fries for the road when we left!). We got the pork ribs which were delicious! Would definitely come here again.

Was looking for lunch on the road and got extremely lucky to find this spot. Funky cool provisions in the little market. Had a great lunch of the curry of the day and wood fired chicken sandwich. Also walked away with what will be dinner in camp tonight from their awesome little frozen creations. Fast and friendly service. If you find yourself in Fairmont Spring Valley stop in for sure.

Popped in for takeout today; great menu, huge selection with tons of meat and vegetarians options. Had an AMAZING vegetarian curry, large portion and super flavourful! Friendly, welcoming ambiance too… I was very impressed; a wonderful addition to Fairmont… highly recommend!

Stayed at Fairmont Hot Springs and walked down to the strip nearby. Great ribs. The Best carrot cake I have ever eaten (gluten free as well) Nice people with great friendly service

Food was generally ok. Didn't taste any sour in the sour dough bread. Chicken done in the wood oven was delicious. You go up and order and pay for your food at the cash register so they only bring your food to the table and clean up after. Very nice people running the restaurant.

Don't eat here. It's terrible. 2/5 of our group have food poisoning.Management won't accept that their food is bad everyone likes it" and repeatedly said they were willing to take criticism despite ignoring all criticism.The meat they served was green.We found:The traditional poutine did not have gravy

Attentive, friendly service and a beautiful view to enjoy our meal.We had refreshing cold drinks - kolsch and sauvignon blanc - with fresh bread & dipping oil, meatballs in organic tomato sauce, plus the chicken curry of the day.We're staying the night nearby so we got dessert to go. A vanilla cheesecake and a chocolate salted caramel tartI'd stop if you love fresh, flavorful foods - you won't be disappointed. The chicken was wood oven roasted and delicious, bread homemade...We really enjoyed ourselves.

I had Smoked Chicken Sandwich, it was exceptional. My wife had the 1/2 rack of ribs - HUGE and very tasty.But a few things could be improved on. No straws available. Meals arrived 5 minutes apart. No finger bowl with the ribs.Staff was very friendly and courteous
