Had the worst experience , was here for returns and they said they cant do returns without the return label that is used to ship back the order . Went to a different store showed them my receipt and they did it for me . And the lady suggested they would have done it if they wanted to . I wish i could give 0 , the ladies were busy chatting and definitely such a run around and had to waste my time

Not a good shoping experiance as they don't want to give discount even it is marked on stand. They will like to take off the dicount sign from stand and later put it back after you left the store. This the another way of sell item at higher price as they know busy season is coming and people don't have time to shop . That what happen with me on last sunday afternoon.

First time in a Bluenotes Jeans store with the basic jean store stock. Took advantage of the 2 for 1 sale. I did purchase two pair of jeans but was a little concerned that returns were store credit only. This store definitely had a different feeling then other similar stores today because staff were only behind the counter and not out on the floor helping customers.

I really like whatever I bought from the store with reasonable price. The thing disappointed me alot was when I went to the cashier to pay they did not showed any professionalism and they were laughing at each other instead of serving me. And as they asked me If I want to get some discount and upon my response they imitated me. This got me really upset. I really do not recommend this store. As the staffs are not respectful towards their customers.

Wow, bad store. Store is cramped, clothing is always falling over because it's piled too high and the racks are stuffed so it's hard to browse. I've personally had a few close calls with stepping/slipping on a hanger, so watch out! Especially since it's hard to see the floor. Boxing Day 2011 was a claustrophobic nightmare! It was too hot in the store to shop. Larger woman who I think was the manager was rude. Shop STC, it's much better.

Employees need training for greeting customers, I went there today around 2:30pm, three girls were standing in group and talking about boys Snapchat,, one of them was asking others two that Do you know this guy and she replied let me add him on the Snapchat,,, I don’t know if they are new or they just don’t know how to behave at work..And It wasn’t only me,, other customers were looking at them but they kept talking about guys, which was rude. Atleast say hi to customers and you should aware of your surroundings when you’re at work. I’m not saying that employees shouldn’t allowed to talk at work,, atleet show some customer service if you’re at store. I hope this helps

Worst experience. The employees there were so rude. They were literally on their phones the whole time i was there. They didn’t approach me at all.

I like shopping at Bluenotes. Good quality clothing for my entire family, and they always have sales. Try shopping there you will like it. Recommend.

Horrible … terrible … i could have given zero if i could …. Veryyy bad experience.. never wanna go there again.. employees always on cellphones.., huge mess… huge disaster… no greeting … no help … zero reapect to business..
