ERIK'S - Bike Board Ski

Our first visit in and Joe was a great help finding the perfect mountain bike for our 17 year old who just joined his schools team.The next day we went back to pick it up and the lady who helped us was great. She helped us with shoes and bike rack in addition to getting the bike.

I brought my bike in for a tuneup, a couple of hours later I got a message saying it was ready to be picked up. What a pleasant surprise it was ready that fast. Also all of the staff is over the top friendly and helpful.

I brought my kids in to get their first new bikes. I took a while for a sales person to connect with us, but when they did she was dynamite and my girls really liked her and were willing to answer questions and help make sure they were getting the right bikes. She made them feel at ease and was super helpful. Her name was Carly.

A salute goes out to your staff for working with the undecided! It took me forever to figure out what was best for me and with the help of your knowledgeable skilled employees they made it happen. Now I’m a proud owner of future

I purchased an e-bike at this location yesterday (4/11/23) and after the clerk gave it a full check he let me take it out the door. I rolled (not rode) the bike 50 ft. and the rear tire popped. I brought it back in and he promptly took it back to the mechanic". I returned about an hour later and waited for another 20 minutes to get it back. For a popped tube. Today I had to make two adjustments of my own because the rear brakes were incredibly mushy and the brake levers were not even. This wouldn't be a big deal if I hadn't just spent $1400 on the bike.I'm very satisfied with the cordial manner of the clerk that helped me but not really confident with the overall operation. I'm just hoping the bike itself is solid so I don't have to bring it back to the people that are putting them together.** Update ** (4/13/23) I just took my bike for it's first ride and didn't even make it 2 miles before the same tire popped.I will be will be going back to the shop tomorrow to get it fixed and get my "assembly fee" back.** Update ** (4/15/23) Returned for a repair and once again

If I could give to 10 stars I would! This was the first time I have ever been in an Erik’s store and was purchasing a bike for a ride I am doing in colorado in September. I was feeling very nervous and overwhelmed at the thought of finding a bike. From the moment I walked in, everyone was EXTREMELY helpful! I worked primarily with Dylan but everyone was soooo nice, answered all my questions and never made me feel stupid. I ended up buying a bike, helmet, water bottle cage and I’ll be back to replace the seat and peddles soon! This was an exceptional experience and I will definitely be a customer for a long time!! Thank you!!

I visited two bike stores before Eric's. The staff at Eric's were more knowledgeable and helpful. Also the selection was better.

Our whole family came in to get bikes, making a busy day for their staff. Dylan managed to get time in with all of us, and helped with all our questions. Awesome staff representative! We enjoyed the selection, price, and ability to test them out.
