Don’t believe the hype of this company their equipment is not what they say and they consistently blame Honeywell. The techs consistently blamed my alarm would not work due to the internet. I have fiber optic, then they said it was Honeywells equipment and systems were old. Just excuse after excuse with no results we we finally turfed them. After the cameras we purchased from Amazon put theirs to shame. This company is definitely not worth the ratings we see on here!!!!

Super impressed with Mike from Securpol. I spent a significant amount for monitoring equipment and ended up getting a great price which matched or beat every other top company in the city. I had all my windows and doors covered, glass break detector, cameras etc. He was efficient, knowledgable and MOST IMPORTANTLY, the aftercare was phenomenal. Always ready to answer my questions and never goes to voicemail. When I had the WORST Air Conditioning Installation experience with JPS Furnace, besides a number of really dumb moves, they cut the wiring to my security camera systems and Mike had to come back to investigate. Without complaining or hesitation even when he was coughing up a lung in my attic he investigated thoroughly. He really came through during a super stressful time in my life when I needed someone to do their job and not let me down. Really, really good company. If you choose anybody else you will regret it.

Wow I can not believe the amazing service. I was looking to replace my current provider with some one that was down to earth. They provided a system that meets my needs. Securepol INC goes back to what the world needs more of and that is service. The install was clean the people were clean and very professional. They say security is like a hair dresser when you find some one you trust you wont deal any one else. Because they know and they will look after you. Well done Securepol keep up the great work.

I have never encountered a better run business of any kind. Securepol shines in every category of service - online, telephone, technical support, scheduling, promptness, courteousness, product knowledge. I cannot overstate how satisfied I have been with them. They should teach other business organizations how to deliver this kind of customer satisfaction.

I did my homework when looking for an alarm company. I must say after checking out 7 different companies Securepol was my last call and I knew from the moment that I spoke to Michael that this was the company I wanted. Michael was extremely polite and professional and I felt he answered all of my questions and I knew he was being honest with me. When Robert the installation technician came out I felt very comfortable with him, he was extremely knowledgeable and gave me the best advise for my personal situation and was so polite and thorough in explaining the system.I am so blessed to have found this company and I love how they care for their community. I have the best state of the art system and the price is very fair. But most of all I know that I can count on these guys should I ever need anything regarding my system. I will be singing Michael and Robert praises to others so that I can save them the headache of doing all of the research that I did when looking for an alarm company.It says a lot about a company when the representatives give you their direct numbers in case you need anything. I know they are in it with me for the long haul. I am so glad I found you guys. They have been awesome from the start !! We have security and cameras on a more complicated install. It too some time but works flawlessly, and the after sale service with the technician Michael is first rate !

Mike helped set up an alarm system for my salon and he was extremely helpful, competent and cleaned up after himself very well. Professional, affordable. The equipment is new, easy to use and installation was neat. Highly recommended.

I chose Securepol based on google reviews and homestars reviews. The google reviews gives it 17 reviews of 5 stars. That is no small feat. I now understand why!From the moment of contact, they scheduled a quick visit to my house to see what equipment could be reused. They called 1 hour before showing up to confirm that I would be home. The first assessment was excellent with Mike taking us through was was necessary.The installation happened the next day with incredibly short notice as we were leaving town. Mike did such a great job of showing us each piece that he installed. He also took us through the panel (so important as the manuals for the Vista 15p don't really describe it well) and took me through the Total Connect 2.0 web app and the online configurator. Truly above and beyond.I've only been with Securepol for 48 hours now but what I think sets it apart:1) Equipment price is excellent compared to other very well reviewed competitors.2) No contract! Amazing!3) Security guard at no additional cost4) Mike went above and beyond to make sure the system made sense to us.I hope to stay with Securepol for many many years.

Had Securpol installed last year and luv it! Mike was amazing! He came out within a day did an audit on our home safety(approx 30 minutes), let us know his recommendations and booked installed for a few days later. From start to finish the process was easy and stress free. I luv the door bell camera!Not to mention very affordable!$35 a month for everything we had installed!
