Great place for the more popular brands for hiking, camping just about anything put doorsy. Pricing is fair. The return policy is handy to have. However if you are looking for speciality you might need a different store. Give them a call and ask any how.

Ok selection. Staff didn't know when more stock would arrive. Almost walked out waiting for fit bit help, only to get a guy who couldn't open it who had to search for someone else. Staff did not have great product knowledge. Stay at mec.

My experience at this atmosphere was so poor based upon a lady’s weird vibe and odd glare every time I asked a question, or gave a simple thank you for their help. Great products over all but lousy customer service indeed.

We went into Atmosphere today for backpacking supplies and found shoes and a tent on sale. Darcy helped us find our purchases and his service was exceptional! He shared stories of his backpacking trips, gave us good advice, and took his time to find us exactly what we needed. Andrew helped us with our check out at the front and he was very friendly, down to earth, and spoke highly of his co-workers. You were both amazing, thank you so much :)

***update*** I just recently purchased a pair of hikers from here after the location at Market Mall couldnt help me out and the 10th ave location is temporarily closed. I gave a one star review after a bad experience at this location 5 months ago. But I was able to find the hikers I needed and staff was helpful. Thank you!

Lots of merchandise. Joined with sport chek. Same story with same areas but different items. Staff were amazing. Lots of them available. Keen to help. All of them were Very knowledgable and well trained.
