***I have been shopping at this location weekly for a while now. I have never caused problems and feel I have been polite and easy to interact with and always wore a mask. Today I decided not to and this is an honest review of what happened.February 9th 2022Walked into store front where I.D is checked. We said hello and I showed her my ID. I was allowed in. She asked if needed a mask. I replied no I’m fine thank you. She asked are you sure. I replied yes, I have an immune system thanks :)Everything seemed fine up until the point, once she was behind the register she said something along the lines of , a good immune system isn’t going to cut it. You need a mask! Her tone and attitude was completely uncalled for considering I had been nothing but polite and friendly.At this point I could feel the tension in the store and the male employee got involved. Telling me to put the mask on or leave the store. We spoke back and forth for a bit and the outcome was me having to fold and put the mask on. I shouldn’t have. I should have just left. I hadn’t done anything wrong, but I was being discriminated for choosing to be maskless.So unless you want to be looked down at by store clerks selling marijuana and treated like a criminal for not wearing a mask I suggest you shop elsewhere.I appreciate you trying to reach out but there’s nothing more to be said. We will have to agree to disagree on this one. Best of luck to you, your employees and your business. Cheers.

Great staff, very friendly and knowledgeable, a good selection with variety and rarely ever out of stock of product, overall its easily my favorite dispensary in kitchener it also has some pretty good deals and discounts Would definitely recommend

Most of the staff is good, but the new girl obviously just wanted to sell me trash, what she said was heavy indica was light trash. I think they lost a customer.

Avoid this store at all costs.. the male manager has an attitude issue and thinks he is better than his customers. The place across the road has better prices also and proper customer service.

Came here this morning Tuesday April 4th around 9:15am wasn’t even acknowledged as I waited behind the rope I just look around the corner so the worker would know I was there I was met with a “go back behind the rope wait till I come get you” only 1 worker and he was having a full blown conversation with only 1 other customer about rain? I said f that got in my car and drove across the street to canna cabana I didn’t have to wait and I was in and out within 5 minutes not waiting for someone to finish their conversation about not cannabis… you know other peoples time is valuable too never coming back here again. Worker was a tall white dude with long brown hair and a hat on.
