Honestly just a bad experience. I had my first OB dating ultrasound and it’s our first baby so my husband and I were super excited. We went in thinking we’d have a great first experience seeing our little one but the lab technician was extremely grumpy and rude. She did not let my husband in at first and said she will call him in later only to do the entire ultrasound without him there. She even let me hear the heartbeat myself when I was really looking forward to hearing it with my husband. We have been trying to get pregnant for a year and finally got the good news only for her to ruin our entire first experience. She then called my husband in after pretty much doing everything and having the audacity to tell us that they only let you hear the heartbeat once but “if we insist” she’ll let him hear it. She did not let us record the audio either for memories. It seems like she hates doing her job and isn’t happy for anyone who is celebrating their pregnancy. If you want to go for regular ultrasounds or X-rays, this place is ok but if you are going for pregnancy related purposes, steer away. You’re better off going to a pregnancy care centre where the technicians are polite and excited for you. I learned my lesson and going forward I will never book here.

Arrived early and only waited 5 minutes. The technician did his job with a professional attitude. I was offered paper towel to wipe off. I guess I am one of the few that had a good experience.

The technicians need to be more professional. It says results must be discussed with doctor, however technicians are overstepping. There are signs in the clinic. My wife went for an ultrasound this week and the technicians were gasping as they were doing the ultrasound and pointing at the screen and talking amongst themselves, and asking her questions about her diagnosis and why she is sitting on surgery waitlists. It made her anxious and uncomfortable.Don't recommend this location.

Just had my mammogram today. The receptionist was welcoming. The mammogram technician called “ Lucin” was very unfriendly. I opened a conversation but before I could finished my sentence, she cut me off and bluntly said, take off your gown and immediately proceed with the mammogram. Your clients are not objects or robots, mammogram is a painful procedure to many and a friendlier/ kind attitude and atmosphere is very much appreciated.

Professional healthcare and office staff! Grateful to Natasha and her colleagues who kindly helped me in person and over the phone. I can highly recommend and thank technologist/sonographer Gurleen for her professionalism. Three different X-ray technicians have also been helpful.

Receptionist did not give clear instructions for the ultrasound on the phone which resulted in the cancellation of the appointment. If people are taking time off of work, you should be giving clear instructions as much as possible.Please do better, early diagnosis is important and shouldn’t be missed because of lack of knowledge by your staff

I've been to this clinic twice this month ,once for x-rays and once accompanying my daughter for an ultrasound. Both times they were running pretty close to on time, both times the techs were professional and courteous. I forgot my sunglasses in the exam room and the tech was nice enough to try to reach me twice to let me know that they were there prior to leaving them at the desk for me to pick up. Typically I would expect that they would put them in a lost and found at the desk and that would be the end of it. I probably would not have known where I left them and never would have seen them again. Trying to reach me, not once but twice, to let me know that he had found them was above and beyond and very kind. When I accompanied my daughter she was very nervous and the tech took the time to explain everything and put her at ease. I have nothing bad to say about this clinic whatsoever, and that is uncommon in medical clinics of any kind right now. Due to chronic illnesses, I spend a tremendous amount of time at doctors, labs, diagnostic centers of all kinds... The healthcare system is a mess right now and this usually makes for disgruntled staff who are rude and impatient with patients. I'm happy to say that that is not the case at this particular facility. I highly recommend this center.

My mom did ultrasound for bladder with them. Because she needs to drink a lot of water before, I was worried about appointment being delayed. We arrived on time, they started on time, allow me in for translation, everything went smoothly.

I am so glad that my family doctor referred me to this place for my stomach ultrasound. My experience was smooth right from booking an appointment for ultrasound. Their doctor durdana did an excellent job.

I had been to this center for my ultrasound test. I had a very good experience. The person who did my ultrasound was Madam Zainab. She was very kind and polite. She helped to make me comfortable as I was bit tense about this test. I thank Madam Zainab for all the help given to me. I would give her 5 stars as a staff at ODC Square One location.
