Crystal Flooring

Went to get some supplies from this business and they gave me the wrong glue for my application. Seems they took advantage that I didn't know what product I needed and sold me something that was way more expensive. Would recommend that you consult a professional before buying anything from this business.

We recently undertook a complete kitchen renovation. Mario at Crystal Flooring took the time to discuss flooring and backsplash options, based on our vision of the look and feel we were after, and the factors that would affect the finished project.Roger did an amazing job installing the flooring before our new cabinetry and appliances went in, and finished off with an outstanding installation of our backsplash.We are thrilled with how everything turned out and the service we received. I highly recommend Crystal Flooring.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience purchasing a pellet stove for our home from Crystal.Eric is very knowledgeable about the products and ensured we were able to install our selection before we committed to our purchase.Eric and his team made installation day a breeze.

Very bad experience the store owner is nice but his staff is not after dealing with his fireplace staff Eric we were not impressed as it took 4 weeks to get a call back from this store he finally came to look gave us a quote 2 weeks later my wife and I found someone else in the area that installed the exact same fireplaces we had been quoted by Eric which he still was 25% cheaper then Crystal flooring/crystal-fireplaces had given us and was ordered and install with in 1 week after we ordered they also did charge extra for using a credit card!!!!!NOT RECOMMENDEDNot willing to let you use a credit card at times they stated it cost the company a lot of money which I find is dumb as every other retailer accepts credit cards and don’t complain that it comes with a cost not everyone has 10,000 dollars cash there taking advantage of the newcomers to the area.An email is being sent to the owner of this establishment

Amazing customer service! Having found there wasn't a distributor of XLFlooring products in Nova Scotia, I had to go farther afield to get assistance. Crystal Flooring was the closest and is at least a five hour drive away, so my only contact was by phone and email. They went above and beyond to obtain and send me samples and answer my questions. From the outset, the service was A+, and they ordered the flooring for me and arranged delivery to NS. Highly recommended!

We stumbled across Crystal Flooring on a Google search looking for a piece for our wood pellet stove. We went in and was greeted by front desk, and she was so pleasant and very helpful. Then Mario helped us with the wood stove questions we had, very pleasant, friendly and didn't push a sale as many outlets back home used to do, but told us he wanted us to speak with Eric who heads" that department. Eric was very pleasant and friendly as well and very helpful. He discussed our options

Good quality material but a bit expensive when they add the extras.

If I could give 0 star, I would.We bought a wood stove from crystal flooring , waited for two months to finally got it which we were told 3-4 weeks.The wood stove and the chimney cost us $9600. It was near $2000 more than what he told us it would be when we put down the deposit.It was a hassle and very frustrating to try to communicate with the salesman Eric.It was nearly impossible to get a hold of him.After the installation was done, we asked for an itemized bill, for some reason he wouldn’t provide it at the beginning. He kept going on and on about how much work he had to do to put our bill together, and tried to convince us not to get an itemized bill for several times.We had a really bad experience with crystal flooring, will not go back and do not recommend this place at all.
