There drivers aren’t professional cutting in and out of traffic you would think they were going to a fire or something very dangerous and unprofessional !

1) Unethical 2) Unprofessional and 3) NegligentThese are the three words I have to describe this company.1) Unethical: During a time of crisis my building called Insight Restoration to come into do an emergency inspection / restoration. During this process a THEFT occurred. A police report was filed2) Unprofessional: After speaking with Igli Tafilica I was told that clean up would be conducted and I would not need a cleaning company and that my furniture would be restored. This was a lie - the place is a disaster and my furniture was not put in place3) Negligent: Baseboards with exposed nails and wires were never secured. I am no expert when it comes to this industry, however I do have common sense. Leaving exposed nails with lose wiring around, to me is an act of negligence.I repeat1) Unethical = Theft2) Unprofessional = Lies3) Negligent = Carelessness
