Snuggle Bugz - Burlington

Think twice before making a purchase here.I had an expensive monitor purchased for my baby via my Snuggle Bugz registry and was not happy with the quality of the product - it was a major safety concern as a parent, especially to a newborn. I called this store and explained the unfortunate circumstances and that I have been a loyal customer throughout my pregnancy and into new parenthood. They did not allow me to exchange the product or receive a store credit and instead told me my only option was to communicate directly with the manufacturer, even when I explained that I lost complete faith in the monitor brand and wanted a different one.Think twice before purchasing items here, instead try another store like West Coast Kids or simply Amazon where customer service/returns are easy. As a new parent the last thing you want on your mind is a ridiculous store policy and unkind staff.

I went recently to the store to purchase some sunglasses for my 4 month old and get some info on car seats. I was so impressed with the team and the manager Kerri! She was very friendly, helpful and truly passionate about babies and everything Snuggle Bugz! The store did a “dry fit” in my car which helped me decide my purchase. Kerri provided much needed information about the products I was interested in! I can truly say I’m looking forward to purchasing all my babies needs at the Burlington Snuggle Bugz location because of Kerri and the Burlington team!

Be warned when searching the Snuggle Bugz website - in stock items are shown by product only and not delineated by colour/ important features!I went to the Billy Bishop location in Toronto today seeking a specific item in a specific colour (which I had selected on the website which, in turn, showed that this location had 3 in stock). When I arrived, I was told that, while the store did in fact have 3 of the product in stock, they were in random colours, none of which was the colour I had selected online. The salesperson who was assisting me shared that the management has been advised of this issue with the website, but nothing has been done in response. Now, yes, I would have been wise to call and double check before going to store, but I also expect that a store of this nature would catalog their stock more carefully.Furthermore, I was the only customer in the store, with two salespeople free to serve customers at the time and another on the phone, yet no one seemed to care to assist with finding the specific item and colour at another location. I was basically told that I'd have to call around to ensure availability at another location. So, I turned around and took my $ elsewhere, purchasing the exact item I was looking for from another company.Snuggle Bugz you need to improve!! Especially in a large city like Toronto, where there are multiple specialty baby shops which are more than happy to serve customers, both online and in store, with care!

Worst customer service. No one asked if we needed help while we looked at car seats. We were browsing through car seats on our own but wanted to understand all the options. And we were standing near one staff person who was giving demo to a customer, assuming once they finish they will help us out. And suddenly this staff person asks me if I need any help and I said yes I need help with the car seats. She calls some other staff members and says (very loudly) can someone help this guy for car seats

Felt judged. Staff looking and talking to you like you cannot afford things. Ladies. If I couldn’t, I wouldn’t drive to your store.Lost sale. Going online for my needs. Definitely not come back.Big shout out to the lady using a talkie walkie for somebody who is 90 foot away. In an empty store.

I’d personally like to give a huge shout out to Cat who was able to answer my bazillion questions about car seats. Cat was extremely knowledgeable and was able to demo the goods and the bads on a ton of different products. We came in with a car seat in mind and ended up leaving with a completely different one we hadn’t considered.I never felt pressured and really appreciated the knowledge that Cat brought! Cat is a major asset to this store, thank you !!

Snuggle bugz is an amazing store for baby shopping. Excellent selection of great quality products. The employees are super friendly and very knowledgeable about all things baby! I went in for one thing and came out with 5, I would definitely recommend this store for new parents or new grandparents!

I cannot stress enough how truly wonderful, genuine, kind, accommodating, resourceful and simply helpful are the staff of the Burlington Snuggle Bugz location. Time and again, I am supported and provided with amazing expertise on products while in a light and positive environment. Specifically, the manager Kerri and staff member Olga, who were patient enough to deal with me MULTIPLE times leading up to a purchase of a stroller. They answered all my questions and always gave me a good laugh. I cannot thank them enough. I never felt rushed or dismissed like at many big box stores, and I trust them entirely. They helped with giving options I hadn’t considered, as well as genuinely listening to my personal and lifestyle needs toMake the best decision on products.They’ve made these big purchases so much less stressful and so much more exciting with their enthusiasm and true love of making new and seasoned parents happy and confident in their purchases. Because of Kerri, Olga and the other countless expert staff, Snuggle Bugz is my go-to for any baby/toddler needs. Thank you for everything ! I highly recommend the Burlington Snuggle Bugz and continually rave about their customer service and experience.

Drove out to this further store because I heard the customer service was much better at this store compared to the Milton location from a friend. I was very disappointed with the lack of acknowledgement the staff provided. No one asked if we needed help while we looked at strollers. At one point, I left and came back after I noticed one staff person giving a different customer a stroller demonstration and as I stood beside a staff person to watch did she ask if I needed anything. Pretty disappointed trip out - really would've appreciated seeing more customer service considering how staffed this location is.

Ive recently had my first experience with a snuggle bugz baby registry (or snuggle bugz in general). I had gone to the Milton location twice and had really poor service - just terrible customer service, lack of care and assistance. I was ready to just get the rest of my items elsewhere, but figured Id try a different location first. I called Burlington and already felt the experience was better just over the phone. I went in today around 4:30pm and had SUCH a great experience. I wanted to make sure I wrote a good review. I dont love writing bad reviews but I try to write good ones where they are due. I failed to get everyones name but I know I chatted with Olga the most who was amazingggggg, and truly everyone that was working there today was so friendly and helpful as well!!Thank you everyone at this location - Olga and the whole team. Yall were so kind to my and my mom. Thank you for guiding me and answering my millions of questions. Thank you for the exception customer service. I hope this team gets recognized by upper management - it's deserved! I'll definitely be back here!
