It's very disappointing to see no one at the tills and only self check out. Why not hang a sign outside stating you don't care about employees and would rather replace them with a machine.

Mail cashier Jackie, was so rude to me just because i didnt want to do things her way. That she slammed the debit machine on the table and then when i said wow love the attitude, she said im not the one who gave it first. *mind you there was no attitude from me* i asked for a supervisor and she said she was, i asked for a store manager she said there wasnt any. When i spoke to the store manager she tried to defend the employee, and kept cutting me off. All i got was oh ill talk to her

Good service bad selection

I am very disappointed with how unorganized The pharmacy team seems to be. My daughter Called in a prescription, was told to pick it up the next day when I went to get it they said they had no record of her calling. Next time I went to pick up a prescription faxed by her doctor they said they did not receive the fax but found it later. The third time went to pick up a prescription they told me they do not mix it until I’m in the store. They said it would be an hour. We have a newborn baby waiting in the car. I think the owner needs to take some responsibility and figure out the glitches in how they practice.I deal with shoppers drug Mart in my city and never have I seen such disorganization.

Amazing staff! So helpful. I was far from home and ran out of my medications. The pharmacist on duty, and the staff, made multiple follow up calls to my regular pharmacy, without me asking, to help me get what I needed. The staff kept me informed all along. When my regular pharmacy didn't help, the pharmacist at this store told me I could get a week's supply from him on an emergency basis. He saved the day! Thanks to all for your amazing service

if you are nativeThe staff follow you around , when one staff was following me … I followed him right back lol! He never followed me again … some of the staff are nice and helpful but others just follow you around! Which I hate racial profiling is it??

I am only giving this place 2 stars because the store staff are good but the pharmacy needs to get better organized. My family moved our RX's here because it was closer than Walmart. Prescriptions seem to never be filled when they are supposed to be. We were told that they don't fill them until you are in store even if you phone or use the app to pre-order. My daughter ran out of diabetic meds waiting for them to get things figured out. Would not suggest this pharmacy with our experiences. Have considered taking our RX's back to Walmart. At least the will fill them when you phone and the dispensing is less which makes up for gas.

I am absolutely appalled at the treatment of nice customers in this store. A woman had asked the manager to help her with the electronics as per usual no staff were to be found, she was YELLING at the customer to go wait in the section for an employee. What a DISGUSTING vile attitude. And when I had come back to speak with upper management, I was yet again met with nasty rudeness by the cashier who was doing nothing else so I’m not sure why it was such an inconvenience for her. Whoever owns this store needs to teach the staff how to be friendly. Wow. I’m disgusted, worst attitude ever. If you don’t like your job, quit,

The store is great as well as location but the pharmacy has poor quality control. I agree with all previous negative comments regarding pharmacy. It use to be good but things have changed over last year and I am considering moving our family prescriptions to another location.

Went to this store to use coupons and said they don't take them unless they have a PIN. I don't have to say anything about the rudeness or attitude we received from cashier and what we were told by an unprofessional manager as this store seems to have nothing bad reviews about their disregarding unproffessionalism towards customers.I contacted the SC & Johnson and told them about this incident and will forward to quality control department to look into further. We went to another Shoppers Drug Mart who were more than happy to take our coupons with a smile! How about that! Not like anything we received when visiting this location. FYI: Not all coupons have PINS on them, the coupon simply stated bring to store to redeem.
