The, who seemed to be the manager there, during the morning shift is extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. The only thing she was good at was showing attitude towards the person she was dealing with. I was not dealing with her at all. But while I was sitting at least 10 feet away from the counter, they placed the seat next to the accessories... Like literally right next to them. I saw box for a screen protector which I needed. So, I only flipped the box towards me so that I can read if it was for a Samsung Galaxy S10 plus, and immediately, she said please do not touch anything sir"... Of course with a commanding and unprofessional way... Seriously? I have no idea how she became a manager reflecting a bad image of a huge corporate... So vulgar. A message to her

DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE. Worst service. He said 1000mins long distance calling is activated on two lines. We made calls and after a week noticed that one for on of the accounts long distance is not activated. When asked customer care, they said check with store. Called store and asked this person, he said offer is over, cannot add now , yes there was a miscommunication sorry you have to pay the bill for what is used. When i asked about refund on those mins used, he asked me to check with phone representative and he cannot do anything. Such a pathetic service from that person in the store.

I was there to upgrade phone and plan. Spoke with a lady over the intercom and told me to wait for 5 mins and ask for my phone number so that she can call me once the customers inside had left. And I saw customers leaving and I’m waiting an extra 20mins. Without a call .. and I can see them Inside a store walking with their phone. And never call me at all! What kind of customer service you had!!! There are two worker inside and never get phone call . The owner should look into this!!!

Not impressed. I had to pick up a new phone urgently as my previous phone had died the previous night before. I called and asked if my phone was ready for curbside pickup as I will be driving from over an hour away with a 4-month old baby. The website advised the curbside pickup would be quick, smooth, and efficient. They said it was ready and I advised I would be there at 12:30 for pickup. When I arrived at the store, they said they couldn't let me in as there were already 2 guests in the store. They have a sign stating two guests allowed at a time - ONE per household". They asked for my number so they could call me when my spot was ready. I told them I didn't have a phone and I just need to pick my new phone up. Anyway

when I arrived I saw many things that absolutely disgusted me.first was an elderly man with a cane, being refused entry because he didn't have any identification. this was not related to any proof of vaccination but was in fact being demanded by staff because allegedly a fido store in ajax had been robbed in the recent past.following this myself and my wife were forced to face a camera for a clear and mask- less photo and also present our identification (but again nothing to do with vaccination) before being allowed entry.lastly, the sign on the window states 11 people inside at most, however they would only allow those to be served to enter, the rest had to scan a qr code and wait outside until they are called... I would give negative 5 stars if that were possible.update, 6 months later, nothing has changed. no ID no service. period. what a disgusting business practice, this is a cell phone store, not a bar.

I had a great experience when returning my Fido router.When I called the Fido customer service they made a mistake.That was rectified by Sheldon at Dundas East location in Whitby - which saved me an unnecessary trip to Canada Post.Thanks Sheldon !
