Well everything was fine the women helping us was very nice and calm but her co worker eric who has no respect for women and his attitude is disquisting he was very rude to the women co worker and then he crossed the line telling my girlfriend that we can have our contract when we come back to pay when he clearly just seen us set up autopay he basically said when you come back to pay... when ur card dont pass... like basically saying our card will decline.. very very horrible experiance

Overall great service.Only thing is watch out when you go and get the truck you ordered.Mine was about between 3/4 and 1/2 on fuel when i picked it up, and they wanted to bring it back with a 3/4 tank, because it said the truck was at 3/4 of a tank. But it wasn'tSo i said I'll return it with the same amount I've been given too.I've been charged $ 28 for 14 liters of fuel, kinda sucks.Overall people are nice

the reason why i put a 1 star review is because when i left at the end of my month the payment for the next month still passed and they did not want to give me a refund hopefuly theres a customer service that made sure i had a refund

On a sunday, my truck wasent available at the initial location (st-jerome).I had to go at boisbrillant location. they had a 26feet long truck. i ask the customer support if i needed a class 3 driver licence. they said no. THAT FALSE. they cost me more than 100$ in fee and gaz.im at me second attemps to get my money back( to case open) . they open a case and never call back. AVOID them if you don't want get surprise!

The worse experience ever.. customer service is extremely bad, they take about 40 min to 2 hours per client. You better come with your cooler filled with snacks because you might have to sleep here.. they've been typing on there computer for over an hour and half so I can have access to my locker. Do not use them under any circumstances.

The floor of the truck was very slippery, as if someone had poured soap and didn’t wash it.Besides that, everything went well. The customer service rep was not too friendly but overall the experience was okay.

Fantastic job by Sam and my support from U-Haul in Quebec. Great service at this location and the staff was super friendly and more then accommodating. I would recommend the storage and cross country shipping. Even in times of a pandemic, they out shone their compatriots across the country in North Vancouver. Same is a fantastic manager and works with a great team at this location. Sofie, the forklift operator provided exceptional service and took pride in the job that she did. I will be using them in the future because of the superb service they provided. Thank you again!!
