Purolator

I order a package on the 6 of October. They said they can’t Delivered to a PO Box. So I had the address changed to my home address. Today is the 19th of October and it has been determined they can’t deliver to my address. Not one phone call, not one email, or even a text message saying there’s a problem with the address. Very unimpressed if I could rate zero I would. 

Really? Deliver to Cardinal, I wasn't home to sign it so I have to go pick it up in Brockville??? Nowhere closer or no second attempt???At least this time, they didn't just leave my package at the wrong address, which has happened several times (even with me calling and giving a bunch of details about my location). I never purposely ship with them but unfortunately some companies use them by default.If you have a choice, I'd definitely go with another company!!

It's always something with Purolator. Whenever I see Purolator as the chosen courier, I instantly know they're going to screw up somehow. My package was supposed to be delivered today, only for an update this afternoon warning me that, due to a routing issue" my package is going to be delayed. They sent my package to the wrong sorting facility so now I have to wait longer due to their mistake. I can't believe a company so bad can afford to operate."

This used to be a fantastic company. Hadnt used them for a couple years and will never use them again. Impossible to talk to a live person. Took three days just to pickup and almost two weeks to deliver from eastern ontario to southern ontario. The old service used to pick up one day and arrived the next to the same destination. The drivers are fine but the office staff dont seem to know what they are doing. The new online virtual helper is useless and time consuming.

Delivered" one package

It has been 5 days now. They picked up the package in the same city were it needed to be delivered to 5 days go. For some reason it was taken out of provence to a sort facility in Montreal for a night. Then the next morning it was brought back to Brockville the following morning the the sort facility here, were it has sat for 3 days now. No update on tracking since yesterday not estimated date of delivery nothing. Customer service gets you nothing but an automated message, and contacting on social media takes hours to get a response from. I just want my winter coat. Not sure if you noticed the change of temperature here, but it is not exactly changing to warmer. It really should not take 5 days to deliver something in the same city it was picked up in.

Worst customer service, incredibly unreliable source of delivery.Did not receive an email that my package had been shipped and also did not receive the tracking number. They tried to deliver while I wasn’t home as I wasn’t aware my package had been shipped so I called and requested that the next day they deliver my package AFTER 1PM. They attempted delivery the next day at 11am instead of the time they promised they could deliver at so instead of saying that’s not possible they made a promise they couldn’t keep and I am still waiting on my package. Might be waiting all week. Over all terrible experience I do not recommend at all 0/5 stars.

Terrible experiences with Purolator. Their drivers simply don't care and their customer service is the worst. They seem to put no effort into even trying to satisfy their customers. They are dishonest as they will inform that a package has been delivered when it hasn't, leading to thoughts that the item has been stolen, leading to a 45 minute on-hold phone call to their atrocious customer service line. Much better companies out there,,, Amazon should ban Purolator.

For a service that depends on promptness and accuracy to compete in the courier business, these folks are hopeless. Tracking shows on vehicle for delivery early in the morning. Then after 4 pm it switches to recipient inaccessible. I literally just stood in my front door and watched the truck drive by, with no attempt to stop. Pure laziness and lack of will to do even a mediocre job. This is the 3rd time in the past 3 months this has happened. Now I'm sitting on hold waiting to voice my concerns, and of course no one is answering. Please, all you businesses out there, use someone else.

I inadvertently used the wrong envelope to send my document, which I put into the Purolator box outside the main building. There was no way for the Purolator staff to contact me. The kind and thoughtful employees reached out to my neighbour to contact me indicating there was a problem with the envelope.That is service. Due to Covid -19 I was unable to retrieve my document, and TM" (initials only due to public review) called specifically to problem solve. She came up with a solution
