Jason listens to your requirements, adapts to the situation, and follows through. He clearly explained the fees and the terms of the realtor agreement. While our house was on the market Jason was always available for advice, and successfully negotiated a final sale price to our financial benefit. He also arranged for furniture pickup and connected us with a lawyer who handled the sale agreement. Highly recommended
