RBC Royal Bank

Their service is terrible！even exaggerating and cheating！hoping that everyone can avoid this branch！Especially the branch manager of this branch！ I hope she can treat everyone equally.

Dealing with RBC has been a nightmare. Rude service and very frustrating to even get a human on the phone. Makes business banking a real pain.

I WENT TO THE ALBERTA STREET BRANCH AND ASKED FOR MY FUND PROOF TO OBTAIN VISA.BUT THE MANAGER DANNY TOLD ME TO TAKE ONE WEEK TO GET SIGEND AND VARIFICATION,LOL I HAVE 7 YEAR BUSINESS WITH THEM AND STILL THEY NEED VARIFICATION.I CALLED SCOTIA BANK AND THEY SAID THEY WILL PROVIDE RIGHT AWAY IF YOU HAVE ENOUGH MONEY IN ACCOUNT.I TRASFER ALL MONEY FROM RBC AND NOW DEALING WITH SCOTIA BANK.RBC THIS LOCATION IS VERY POOR SERVICE.

I had a credit card ordered for me under my parents name to pay for physiotherapy and medication at the beginning of Decemeber 2017. After a few weeks of waiting I decided to check up on it. I spoke with a manager named Jennifer who assured me she would get on top of the situation for me. She got back to me and told me that although the form was sent in

Credit card went to the bank but I didn't receive a phone call. They destroyed it. Ordered another and it didn't come in time for a trip to the US. They took NO responsibility.

Cant get anyone on the phone just a recording!! If you go there personally they tell you to make an appointment!! Not convenient at all!

I came to this branch about my checkbook that was stolen from my car. I was told that my checkbook would be labeled on my account as stolen and get ID with each check withdrawl. I learned today that this is not the correct way of handling this situation. The correct way is to close and reopen my account under a new number. Between yesterday and the day before $1800 was stolen from my bank account. I now have to wait 3 to 5 days for an investigation to be conducted, and my account is frozen for withdrawals until the investigation is over and my money is refunded before it can get closed and reopened. Had this been taken care of properly before, I wouldn't be forced to go through this.

The worse bank there is. It's just plain money sink and too much hassle for a big" bank"

on 4th june,2019 we open a bank account with advisor Armie (mhay) Menaand she did not provide us any documents related to my account . she did not provide account number, debit card or anything . she said it will be mailed to me in 7 to 10 days . later i went to bank and ask them why havent i got anything related to my bank account then they provided me online login id . later when i checked my login id , i saw my mailing address was also wrong . now i again have to wait for 10 days just for my debit card to come. its 17 days just to get a debit card . WORST SERVICE
