Want the truth?It is internet. That's it. Nothing special. Nothing fast. Nothing reliable. But the people are nice and the mechanics are very quick and letting you know they are working on fixing the issues. ( seems to be alot)But I mean little village, little option's. You may want to look into your options and make sure to test the speeds yourself. Dont trust what they say you'll get"You can pay now to have "faster internet" but you need to upgrade your modem.$$$$But prices are fair. And service is okay. They dont call you on the second your bill is due witch is very VERY nice. So that brings the stars up for sure."

Speeds are not what are promised. Supposed to get 120, and we've been getting under 10 for nearly a week. But sometimes it's good.

No cable or internet service and no way to contact anyone to get it repaired. internet is useless, ping rate of 2000+. they lie about speed and service. anyone has to be better then they are.

It's okay speed when it's working... frustrating that there is no one available on weekends or off hours to be reached when the service goes out.

The internet speeds are spotty, sometimes good, sometimes bad so it's not as reliable as I would like. As an internet service provider, they do not have an after hours or any way of contacting them when they are closed. If your internet goes down because of a power out or other reason and doesn't reset when the power goes back on there is no way to contact them to reset at the source so you can go long periods of time without internet service. The staff are very friendly and so are the technicians but it is useless if you can't contact anyone.

Its alright when it actually works.However I feel like I am paying for a service that only works 50% of the time.The last few weeks it has been absolutely pathetic.Internet & phone lines down constantly.Consider your other options if you need a RELIABLE service provider.They don't even have a number to call on weekends when the entire town is down.

Honestly any internet is better then there's, if your okay with having net from 12am to 5am you're okay any time other than that you're gonna be extremely upset. If you want internet to from the time your off work you literally won't have internet so don't subscribe to them if you want internet from 12am to 6am you might be in luck,,. Literally the worst company.
