Spoke to an individual about a sectional, was told it was available. We drove an hour to pick it up and suddenly it’s not available and sold out. What a waste of time and gas. Very unprofessional and dishonest.

Talked to the salesperson at the Red Deer store after messaging them online and they quoted me a price over the phone for a sofa and chair but not through the ongoing messages. When asking about price quoted over phone, they said that price was not what they would be able to do. So stay away unless you can get them to quote price on messages or record conversation on phone. Also very misleading advertising when asking about the three sofa sets for $999 on the company ad, I was told that only one of the three in photos was $999 and was sold out(how convenient lol)Very shady company.

Super unimpressed with this business. We ordered a sectional, when we paid for it they did not tell us there is a no return policywe got it shipped to us as they did not have one on the floor. It is hard as ROCK, so uncomfortable and they could do NOTHING for us.Absolutely Brutal

Very professional and helpful staff in store. The delivery guys are absolutely amazing! The while experience was great! Was expecting delivery next day, and got it two hours later. Awesome. Will go back and highly recommend!

I just bought a beautiful living room set recliner couch love seat and rocker recliner chair. Got a call to deliver it and they were on time loaded it in and gave me help putting it together. Best ever. I would definitely recommend these men to anyone. Thank you so much Darcy. You guys rock.

Poor Customer Service, We walked in to the store and the woman was in the back didn't say Hi, they adverted fake pictures of the and when I asked the answer was rude. they have cheap quality furniture, Go to the Brick or Leon's and you will find way better customer service and real furniture sofas with $200.00 more than this store is offering.
