ND Graphics - London

I've shopped at ND Graphics before without issue, but unfortunately this time around i stopped in to buy a sheet of foam board only to find that they've recently implemented a 50 dollar minimum purchase policy. After asking if i could just buy the one board at it's listed price of 13 dollars, the lady at the front counter politely insisted that nothing could be done about their new policy and i left it at that.My Guess is they've either had a large amount of small orders as of late that take up too much of their employees time to justify the margin of profit on a small order, and/or they have too much stock sitting around that they need to sell. At any rate, if you're looking for materials for a diy project and require a small order size under $50 i would look elsewhere to do your shopping.If you're looking for plastic sheeting like myself i would reccomend parker plastics. They have great service, fast turn around time, and no minimum purchase policy. Hopefully this information will help others avoid making an unneccessary trip to this end of town.

Excellent customer service. However, I needed a reflective vinyl and received translucent vinyl for light boxes & I didn’t notice until I cut it.

Really impressed with this store and Company as a whole so far. The staff were more than open to giving me answers to my million questions being green back into purchasing Vinyl Products. The staff in London are very prompt and bubbly, all around a pleasure to deal with even getting me in contact with a gentleman from head office to give more information about a niche market pertaining to a trade that I'm already involved with. ND has been our supplier for over 6 years.Always extremely helpful and caring a wide range of products.I can honestly say in 6 years I have not had one issue.Highly recommend them.

Honestly, What a great experience. It is so hard to find places where you get great customer service. The guys greeted me with a smile and my order ready! Also gave me a sample to try out a new product. Super happy and will be getting all my supplies from here 100% ! Oh and a little balloon to keep my little guy busy while we waited to get the transaction completed!!! Wow!! :)

Extremely dissatisfied with this company. Routinely order vinyl from them. Had a terrible terrible time last week. Lady working was extremely impatient and rude with me. I do not recommend this place.
