I recommend the Brant Family Eye Care clinic for their professionalism and kindness in serving their clients. I recently went to update my prescription eyeglasses and I am immensely satisfied. The service provided by the entire team, from the attendant, optometry team and eyeglass sales consultant, were spectacular and exceeded my expectations. Whenever I need prescription glasses or even sunglasses I will definitely come back to honor this beautiful establishment, congratulations on the exceptional service!!!

I moved to Brantford recently and was looking for a new optometrist in the area that provided multifocal contact lenses and Brantford Family Eye care did that with Dr. Matthew Harrison. He's very thorough in the exam and I can see perfectly now with my new lenses. I was very happy with the service I received from Dr. Harrison. What I did not like about the practice was the staff and the lack of professionalism and knowledge. The questions I was asked seemed a bit ridiculous. I wasn't sure who I should see when I walked in as there's no organized reception desk and no one really greets you- the Paris office seemed to be a bit more organized. I would like to see the Brantford office get an organized reception desk with someone who greets the patients as they walk in.

I used to love going to this place - unsure what has changed over the last 2 years (except for a high staff turnover rate). This is hands down the worst customer service I have ever received. I have dealt with multiple scenarios where they have been rude, unprofessional and dismissive. These include double billing through my benefits, incorrectly ordering my contact lens prescription, phoning me that my glasses/contacts are available at one location, booking an appointment and showing up to be told they're at the other location. This has happened to me approximately 6 times now. I've even been booked for an appointment at the Paris location on a Wednesday, showed up and they were closed. My personal favourite was showing up to the Paris location today, once again, after booking and confirming an appointment TWICE, to be told my contacts were just sent today to the Brantford location this morning. I began voicing my concerns about the countless experiences I've had regarding bad customer service and the young girl working at the front, wearing glasses rolled her eyes at me and told me to stop yelling at her." She immediately dismissed me

Dr Harrison is awesome and everyone in between is top notch. Faith helped me firm up on my choice of frames and provided me with her much appreciated opinion. Very professional and detail oriented. People complain about prices but the quality is beyond amazing so well worth it. The health care and glasses are worth every penny. My vision has never been this good. Thank you!!!

Great experience picking out Maui Jim sunglasses, Cheryl and Sharon gave me many options and feed back.They always take the time to make things right.Sunglasses were ordered and my pickup experience was flawless, they took the time to make sure they fitted properly and made adjustments as needed

Brant Family Eye Care was so good to my kids, they had a great experience. Especially my little one who had never been before. I also had an emergency situation which they took me in that night and had me on the road to recovery the next day. They are kind and understanding and the best eye doctor I have ever had the pleasure to go to. I will be returning!

Amazing experience right from the friendly greeting at the door. I had an appointment with Faith to get new frames and lenses. It has been 8 years since I've changed my frames so I had no idea what direction to go towards but she was very knowledgable and helped me pick out a new style that best suited my features. I was very pleased with the service provided and I will definitely be back in the future.

They have multiple staff try to upsell you throughout. The staff accepted my answer no, but Dr Harrison was pushy. He wouldn't take no for an answer, and insisted I make an appointment for 2 months out for an additional $ procedure I refused that day. When I said no and that I can make an appointment down the road if I want, he still argued.Be cautious at this place. Get a quote up front. This doctor was so upcharge pushy, especially since my eyes had good sight and didn't show any issue. It's one thing to recommend/suggest a test because once certain deterioration occurs you can't reverse it, but this place is using scare tactics to increase revenue. I should make time to report him for his tactics.
