CIBC Branch with ATM
This is the worst CIBC branch I have ever been to. I have been a CIBC customer for 15 years... and my experience here was by far the worst. Nancy the General Manager sat there watching while one teller was staffed on a Friday before the long weekend. I and four other people sat in line for 30+ mins while the one teller handled a complicated customer issue.

Booked an appointment several days in advance. When I called they seemed a little confused about who I was meant to be seeing, the time etc. Initial interaction was poor. I was reassigned to Ryan Zhu, who was fantastic. My wife and I have both been dealing with Ryan for the past month. We request a loan, he gets it done within a day. We ask to change certain details on our account, and he gets it done immediately. Any time I email him he responds immediately. Exceptional customer service from Ryan Zhu!

Very poor service. I went to this branch on March 29th, 2019 for some information. I was totally disappointed with their service. It doesn’t go with the “CIBC” name.

I have tried calling this place so many times to talk to someone and no one answers the phone! I’ve had a check being held for almost two weeks with no guarantee that it will go through any time soon. A friend of mine had to wait a month for a check to clear. Absolutely ridiculous.
