Excellent service! My husband and I stopped in without an appointment to have a small chip in our windshield filled. They took care of it right away so we could get back to the dealership down the road to pass our safety inspection. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Chatham area.

Phoned over at 08:03 .drove 5 kms.installed and paid driving away by 08:38. **no leaks as promised.

first i brought my car first thing in the morning so i could have it by the end of day. 4 o clock rolls by and tell me that they ordered the wrong windshield and they need my car for another day. i was upset but things like this happen so i let them have my car for another day. the next day comes and tell me that my cars windshield isn't going to be in until monday (next week) and they couldn't put the old windshield on or anything because it was already removed. so they let me use one of there older vans until that next week. next week comes by and they said my car is done but my mirror won't stick back on because the glue wasn't cured when they let me pick it up so i had to drive another few days without a rearview mirror because they needed to order the glue. my experience was horrible here and they didn't compensate me for any single thing, im not usually the dude to come write bad reviews but this was an awful experience and i hope no one else deals with poor service like this

We had our windshield replaced in our Envoy. We were treated with professionallity and courtesy. The job was done very quickly with excellent results. It also needed a strip of tint on the top that was not factory stock and they also did that. Very reasonably priced, excellent, fast and professional results. Very pleased. Would highly recommend. We won't be going anywhere else!

Friendly staff and reasonable prices makes getting a new windshield less traumatic than other places ive been to.

Great customer service! We had our windshield replaced at the lowest price around!, They even came and picked up our vehicle, fixed it and dropped it off and said we can come in and pay when we are available! Windshield looks amazing.Thanks guys!

Great job by Steve over at J & D Auto Glass. Super nice guy, very professional, quick and quality service for the right price. All around great experience. On a side note, I found out they repair convertible tops as well. Classic car owners take note.
